the 2nd April 2016 on any working day failing which his/her offer for appointment shall
automatically stand cancelled.

8. The appointments are subject to their being medically found fit by the Medical Board and
verification of their character and antecedents in terms of G. A. Department Resolution
No. 34438, dated the 20th November 1999. In case, any adverse report is received, the
services of the candidates concerned shall be terminated forthwith in accordance with
the provisions laid down in sub-clause (ii) of Clause (h) of Explanation under Rule 13 of
the Odisha Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1962.

2. In the event, the applicant in O.A. No.3551(C)/2015 would succeed then the last candidate

3. The appointments are purely on temporary basis and terminable at any time without any
prior notice and assigning any reasons thereof.

4. The candidate appointed to the service shall be on probation for a period of two years from
the date of their joining in the grade/service.

5. The candidate shall be liable to pass the prescribed Departmental and Professional
Examination during the period of probation.

6. The inter se seniority of the Asst. Executive Engineers shall be determined in order of merit
as assigned to them in O.P.S.C. merit list.

7. The appointees should join in office of the Engineer-in-Chief, Water Resources, Secha
Sadan, Odisha, Bhubaneswar on or before the 20 March 2016 on any working day failing

8. The appointments are subject to their being medically found fit by the Medical Board
and verification of their character and antecedents in terms of G.A. Department Resolution
No. 34438, dated the 20th November 1999. In case, any adverse report is received, the
services of the candidates concerned shall be terminated forthwith in accordance with the
provisions laid down in sub-clause (ii) of Clause (h) of Explanation under Rule 13 of the
Odisha Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1962.
9. No T.A./D.A. is allowed to the appointees to join in their place of posting.

the State Government are satisfied that an industrial dispute exists between the Management of
M/s Odisha State Police Housing & Welfare Corporation and their workmen represented by General
Secretary, Odisha State Police Housing & Welfare Corporation, Bhubaneswar;
And whereas, the said Government consider it expedient to refer for adjudication the matters
specified in the schedule given below which appear to be the matters in dispute.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of Section 12, read
with Clause (d) of sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947),

bidders or their authorised agents. If this day is declared later as a Govt. holiday, then the tenders will
be received and opened on the next working day as per the scheduled time.

The highest bidder whose tender will be accepted has to deposit immediately 25% of the
offered amount as initial deposit. He shall deposit the balance amount within 7 days of the deposit of
the initial amount. In case, he fails to make deposit of total amount as per the tender within stipulated
time, the deposit including the earnest money shall be forfeited.

The successful bidder shall take permission and remove the vehicles from the office premises
of Dy. Executive Engineer, Baranga Mechanical Subdivislon, Bhubaneswar-3. (Motor Garrage of Delta,
Unit-8) within 3 ( three) days of deposit of the total amount. On failure to remove the vehicle within the
foresaid time, ground rent @ 1 % of the tendered amount shall be charged for each day or part of the
day till removal of the vehicle. If the ground rent so charged exceeds the sale price deposited, then the
tender shall cease to have any right on the vehicle and the amount deposited by him shall be adjusted
towards ground rent.

4. Bids must be accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit/Bid security and cost of bid document
of the amount specified for the work in the table Columns (6) and (7) above, pledged in favour of
concerned Executive Engineer as specified for the work at Column (5) above and will have to be in any
one of the forms as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders desirous to hire machineries or
equipments from outside the State or owned but deployed outside the State are required to furnish 2%
of the amount put to tender as bid security.

30th March 2016 to 16-00 hours of the 16th April 2016 for Online bidding.

6. The bidder must possess compatible Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Class II or Class III

through their D.S.C. If the office happens to be closed on the last date of opening of the bids as
specified, the bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.

9. After the date & time of receipt of bid is over, the original bid security and Demand Draft
towards cost of bid documents shall be submitted in the office of the undersigned/concerned Division
Office on or before date & time of opening of bid as specified at Columns (6) & (7) above, during office
hours on working days failing which the bid will be rejected.

10. After opening of the financial bid, the original documents of the successful lowest bidder as
per requirement of the D.T.C.N. will be verified at the offices of the undersigned within 5 (five) working
days of opening of the bid.

11. The cost of bid documents in Demand Draft issued from any Scheduled Commercial Bank
in India may be prepared in favour of the concerned Executive Engineer, mentioned under Column (5)
above payable at district headquarters of concerned Division as mentioned in Contract Data. The
above Demand Draft may be furnished separately for Rs.10,000 & Rs. 500 towards cost of bid document
& VAT respectively.
