Embroider the nose with Pica Pau Cotton color (37). Insert the safety eyes between rounds 17
and 18, with an interspace of about 14 stitches at the top. Sew the cheeks below the safety eyes.

Rnd 25: sc in all 40 st [40]
Rnd 26: (sc in next 8 st, dec) 4 times [36]

Stuff the head.

BODY
Start with Pica Pau Cotton Nude color (18).
Start with the neck. Leave a long starting yarn tail. Ch 24. Make sure your chain isn’t twisted.
Insert the hook in the first chain stitch and join the foundation chain with a slst. Continue working
in a spiral.
Rnd 1-2: sc in all 24 st [24]
Continue in a stripe pattern, changing color every round, alternating Pica Pau Cotton color (01)
and Pica Pau Cotton color (23)
Rnd 3: (sc in next 3 st, inc in next st) 6 times [30]
Rnd 4-5: sc in all 30 st [30]

LEGS
To make the legs, divide the work identifying 4 stitches for the front central space between
the legs, 4 stitches for the back and 14 stitches for each leg (you may find it useful to use
stitch markers). Join the last stitch for the leg on the back side to the front side, working a
single crochet stitch (this sc will be the first stitch of the leg). Now the stitches of the first leg
are joined in the round. Continue working the first leg:
Rnd 23-46: sc in all 14 st [14]
Stuff the body and leg firmly.
Rnd 47: dec 7 times [7]
Fasten off, leaving a long tail. Using a tapestry needle, weave the yarn tail through the front
loop of each remaining stitch and pull tight to close. Weave in the yarn end.
Second leg
Rejoin the Pica Pau Cotton Nude color (18) in the fifth unworked stitch at the back of round
22. This is where we start the first stitch of the second leg. Leave a long starting yarn tail.
Rnd 23: sc in all 14 st. When you reach the 14th stitch of the leg, sc in first st to join the
round.

Rnd 24-47: repeat the pattern for the first leg. Add more stuffing if needed. Using a tapestry
needle, sew the 4 stitches between the legs closed. To join the body and head, sew the body
between rounds 17 and 24 of the head.
ARMS (make 2)

Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing. Sew the inner ear to the center of the inside of the outer
ear. Flatten and pinch the ears. Sew the bottom 3 stitches together. Sew the ears to the head
between rounds 24 and 27.

SECOND LEG
Rejoin the Pica Pau Cotton color (28) yarn in the fifth unworked stitch at the back of round 11.

Rnd 12: sc in next 20 st. When you reach the 20th st on the leg, sc in first to join the round [20]
Rnd 13-24: repeat the pattern for the first overall leg.
Fasten off, weave in the yarn ends. Using a tapestry needle, sew the 4 stitches between the legs
closed.
OVERALLS FRONT BIB
Work with Pica Pau Cotton color (08)
Work in rows on the center 10 stitches of round 1. Insert your hook with the right side facing you,
draw up a loop.
Row 1-6: sc in all 10 st, ch 1, turn [10]
Row 7: sc in all 10 st, ch 1 [10]
Do not fasten off. Make the shoulder straps and waistband:
Ch 21, start in second ch from the hook, slst in next 20 st. Continue on the left side of the front
bib, slst in next in next 7 row-ends, continue on the waistband, sc in next 32 st, then on the right
side of the front bib, sc in next 7 row-ends. Then, ch 21, start in second ch from the hook, sc in
next 20 st, continue on the top of the front bib, slst in next 10 st. Fasten off, weave in the yarn
ends. Cross the shoulder straps at the back and sew to the overalls.
BOOTS (make 2)
Start with Pica Pau Cotton color (23)
Ch 8. Stitches are worked around both sides of the foundation chain.
Rnd 1: start in second ch from the hook, inc in this st, sc in next 5 st, 4 sc in last st. Continue
