Prashant is a seasoned professional having over 26 years of work experience across Big 4
and BFSI in the field of Consulting, Financial Controllership, Operations, Strategy, Business
Process Transformation, RPA and setting up of Finance functions and Controllership teams.
He has had Global leadership responsibilities and managed teams across multiple locations
in India, US and Europe. Working in diversified multi-cultural teams and being actively
engaged and sponsoring RPA and Business Process Transformation Projects has been his
forte Prashant's last assignment was as Director, Credit Suisse and his prior senior positions
have been at HSBC, Prudential. Lehman Brothers and JP Morgan Chase. Prashant spent a
considerable time working at the Corporate headquarters of GE Capital. He began his career
as a Consultant in the Audit and Business Assurance practice of Arthur Andersen. He is a
qualified Chartered Accountant and certified Green Belt from GE Corporate Quality. Prashant
is a Certified Life Coach and the President of Rotary Club of Bombay Peninsula (part of
Rotary International) and is named as a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary Foundation of Rotary
International in appreciation of his commitment towards Rotary values and for fostering
better relations amongst members of Local & International Community
 Vinkal Chadha- Partner & COO
With over 18+ years of overall experience, Vinkal has been leading Strategic Change, Business
Operations & People Agenda for global delivery organizations across IQVIA (IMS Health), KPMG,
McKinsey, iGATE Global & IDBI Bank.
After having started his career in Banking & Capital Markets, Vinkal has evolved as a Strategy,
Operations and People Leader with excellent track record of exceeding expectations in leading
and managing world-wide, cross-functional business operations across Market Research,
Analytics, Technology, and Insight’s capabilities of fast paced and rapidly evolving offshore
delivery arms of global organizations.
In his last assignment with IQVIA, Vinkal played a dual role as Head of India Business Operations
for ~280-member offshore capability as well as Global Commercial Offering Head, handling over
$11 mn of business for IQVIA. He has held multiple Global leadership responsibilities and
managed teams across multiple locations in India, US and Europe
With KPMG, he successfully led business operations for the 150+ member Knowledge
Management practice supporting global stakeholders across KPMG member firms. Vinkal had
been a vital part of KPMG’s Leadership team and has also been instrumental in establishing Global
Sector Insights capability for Financial Services. A true thought leader, Vinkal has also co-authored
KPMG Thought leaderships in Banking and Capital Markets “Mobile Banking 2015 (with UBS
Evidence Lab)” & “Digital Banking on-the-go”

As a testimony of his high impact performance, Vinkal was also bestowed with ‘Leader of the
Year’ in 2018 and ‘Collaborative Leader of the Year’ awards in 2017 by KPMG
A graduate of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Vinkal completed his MBA (Finance &
Marketing) from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), followed by Certificate Programs in
Leading Strategic Growth and Leadership Development Program from Columbia University and
IIM Lucknow respectively.
