Tenders / Quotations are invited to carry out installation of LAN in 01 x classroom to


open Computer Lab with following accessories including installation charges.

2. Therefore, quotation / tenders are invited from the authorized vendors /


dealers towards installation of LAN & its accessories.
3. The items so installed will be under warranty as provided by the manufacturer
from the date of successful delivery / installation. During the warranty period, any
damage or defect in any part will be replaced / repaired by the vendor / dealer at the
earliest without any extra payment.
4. No Chinese product to be offered and payment will be made after successful
installation and painting.
5. Interested / Authorized Vendors / Dealers holding GST Number are requested
to drop their quotation for installation of LAN & accessories along with the cost of the
required items in the Quotation Box placed in the main entrance of Army Public
School, Sukna.
6. Your quotation for the aforesaid items/works duly sealed/packed should be
dropped in the Tender Box of APS, Sukna latest by 1400 hrs on 30 Jul 2025.
Tenders will be opened at 11 AM on 31 Jul 2025.

7. Mode of Payment: Payment will be made after successful completion of


installation of LAN and its accessories physically verified by the Board of
Teachers/Staff of the school.

8. This school reserves the right to change or vary any part thereof at any stage
and also reserve the right to withdraw the project, should it become necessary at any
stage / reject the quotations on Technical grounds / incomplete specification.
