Conclusions

The Renaissance arises as a consequence of the crisis of medieval thought, since in


that era had reached its maximum splendor the conception of theocentrism; which
it would be replaced in the Renaissance by the conception of anthropocentrism, naturalism and
scientificism. The Renaissance is an ideological phenomenon that emerges in Europe,
specifically in Italy and later outside of it, which had their repercussions
in the modification of the scientific, economic, political, and social conception. The representatives
of the Renaissance addressed the problems of man, of the world, and of science in a
broader way, which would be consolidated in the modern age. Humanism is the first
aspect of the Renaissance that focuses on the analytical reflection of man, related to the
history, poetry, rhetoric, grammar, and above all with moral philosophy. In the Renaissance, there
developed trade in the cities of Naples, Florence, Venice, Rome, and Milan. On the other hand
part, in these cities the Renaissance art had developed, later many
men would serve as examples and would apply them in their countries of origin. The most characteristic features
prominent figures in the Renaissance were related to the problem of God. One must take into account
it wasn't easy to shift from a theocentric conception to an anthropocentric one, since
that had encompassed the greater part of human history the theocentric conception; for it was
a great job in the Renaissance addressing the problem of man with greater rigor,

essentially in Humanism where man becomes the
measure of things. At the same time, art stops being
only for God and becomes an art for man.
Thus emerging, a very characteristic figure of this period, that is,
the patron, a man of high social standing who is dedicated to
financing works of art as a form of prestige for oneself. It
which helped artists break away from the guilds and become
in authors of their work with a range much higher than their former
condition of artisans.
