KEM PRIMER ZNP is an anticorrosive primer containing zinc phosphate and resins, which
ensures good adhesion to metallic surface and also to gloss and matt alkyd paints.
Fields of Application:
An anticorrosive primer suitable for application on all steel and iron surfaces e.g. cars,

steel structures like beams, angles, fences, doors, windows etc.
Advantages:
• Ready to use and does not required skilled labour.
• Needs no thinner for application, ready to use without thinning.
• An homogenous liquid, that contains a stable and constant concentration of the active
ingredients.
• Excellent adhesion to the substrate, durable and weather resistant.

Directions for use:
• The surface of steel should be clean, free from oils and grease.
• Remove rust by wire brushing or sand blasting.
• Apply one coat of primer when other topcoats are to be used.
• It is recommended to use a second coat of primer when no further top coats are to be used.
Safety Precautions:
• Application should be carried out in a well ventilated place.
• Gloves, protective lothing and eye goggles should be worn during application.
• Skin contaminations should be immediately cleaned with soap and plenty of water.
• If the material is splashed into the eyes, these should be immediately washed with water,
and then report to an eye specialist.
• Do not eat or smoke during use.
Storage / Shelf life:
• 3 years under suitable storage conditions.

KEMLUX 999 is a high glossy synthetic enamel paint based on alkyd resin.
Fields of Use:

• Acquires an homogenous consistency by manual mixing.
• Easy to apply.
• High coverage because of the use of finely grounded and high quality pigments.
• After drying, it produces glossy elastic homogenous film, that is well adhered to the substrate
and resists abrasion and scratching.

Rate of use: 1Kg. covers 8 - 10 m² per each coat (depend of substrate)
Directions For Use:
• The surface of the substrate should be cleaned from oil, grease, dirt and loose particles.
• Mix well the contents of the can before use.
• The substrate should be primed and/or coated with a suitable undercoat (As KEMLACQUER) then
left to dry and smoothed down with sand paper.
• Two coats of KEMLUX 999 are recomended. Apply the second coat after the first coat has
completely dried.
• Can be applied using brush, roller or spraying
N.B. To avoid color deviation from one batch to another, only use the same batch number in the same area, In
the case of necessity to work with a different batch, apply one package and the color is checked before working
with the rest of the quantity.
