I, ROZA IBRAHIM ANYELWISYE, adult, Christian peasant, of P.O.Box,148 Tukuyu
resident of MPANDAPANDA KIWIRA. DO HEREBY solemnly swear and state as follows:
1. THAT, I am the deponent in this affidavit and therefore conversant with the facts I am
about to depose.
2. THAT, I CERTIFY that, I am now in possession of and I am the absolute owner of the
piece of land located at kiwira Ipoma within MPANDAPANDA village.
3. THAT the said land is border by the following people northern side VICTORIA southern
side streat road,east side MBUNGU GENSI, westen side KASANGA
4. THAT, I acquired that piece of land since 1998 with my late husband and after death of
my husband I became the sole owner of the said land.
5. THAT the said land value range 9,000,000/=( Tsh nine million)
6. THAT, I also state and declare that no lien, contract, debt or any dispute exists regarding
this land.
7. THAT, I execute this affidavit to attest and declare the truth to save whatever legal
purpose

3. That the said land is boarded by the following people southern side IPYANA
NSAMULIU,east REBEKA MWANGUKA,north MATENGELE.
4. That, I acquired that piece of land since 2017 through transfer.
5. That the said land value is 10,000,000/=( Tsh ten million)
