This diet obviously provides approximately 1700 Kcal, and its nutritional contribution is
210g of carbohydrates, 82g of protein, and 65g of fat. As can be seen, it does not provide
a lot of fat, as it allows for weight loss.
To form the diet menu, foods were classified into groups, from which you can
select to your liking.
Vegetables
Group A: 300g of Swiss chard, celery, eggplants, broccoli, pumpkin, mushrooms, cabbages, endives,
espárragos, espinacas, lechuga, pepinos, pimientos, rábanos, tomates, grelos, nabizas, coliflor.

Group D: 30g of rice, pasta (macaroni, spaghetti, noodles, etc.), flour, toasted bread, puree of
potato (commercial), semolina or tapioca.
Protein foods
Meats: 100g of lean meat (fat-free): skinless chicken, turkey breast, rabbit, hare, game,
lean beef or ox.
Fish: 130g of blue or white fish.
Eggs: 2 eggs.
Fruits
Group A: 300g of melon, watermelon, grapefruit.
Group B: 150g of strawberries, apricots, plums, raspberries, tangerines, oranges, fresh pineapple.
Group C: 120g of apple, peach, pear.
Group D: 75g of cherimoya, cherries, banana, loquat, grapes.

You can consume 3 tablespoons of oil per day, which can be soy, olive, sunflower, or corn oil.
