1500 Calorie Diet

Breakfast

1 cup of skim milk tea;


Sweetener (optional);
3 units of water and salt crackers;
3 teaspoons of diet jelly;
1 unit of pear.

Collation

1 small cup of pineapple juice;


2 mini squeeze tubes.

Lunch

1 dessert plate of lettuce salad with tomato and hearts of palm;


3 level tablespoons of rice;
1 shell of beans
1 medium portion of grilled lean steak with pickled sauce;
4 tablespoons of garlic and oil broccoli;
1 unit of kiwi.

Afternoon snack

1 small unit of Apple, Mango, Kiwi, Acerola, Dwarf Banana, and Gold Banana;

1 large unit of Persimmon, Peach;
