voluntarily give my corisent to share his/her Aadhaar Number and demographic information issued, ty
UIDAI with Ministry of Education for the sole purpose of creation of APAAR ID and opening of
DIGILOCKER account of my child for the following intents and purposes.
understand that my APAAR ID may be used and shard for limited purposes as may be notified ty
Ministry of Education from time-to-time for educational and related activities. Furtherlam also aware
that my personal iden!ifiable information (Name, Address, Age, Date of Birth, Gender and Photograph)
may be made available to entities engaged in various educational activities such as UDISE+ databas,
scholars hips, maintenance academic records, other stakeholders like Educational Institutions and
recruitment agencies.
Iauthorise Ministry of Education to use my Aadhaar number for performing Aadhaar based
authentitation with UINALas per provision of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other
Subsidies, Benefits, and Services) Act, 2016 for the aforesaid purpose. Iunderstand that UIDAI will
share my e-KYC detaisi, or response of "Yes" with Ministry of Education upon successful authenticatior.
Iunderstand that the information shared by me shall be kept Confidential and shall not be divulgerl o
any thirdparty except as may be required by law.
Iunderstand that I can withdraw my consent for all or any of the purposes at any time by and cn
withdrawal of my consent, the processing of my shared information will stop, however, any person al
dataalr ady been processed shallremain unaffected on such withdrawal of consent.

Use of APAAR ID for students, parents and schools
V APAAR ID' will be unigue nature and will work as One Nation, One
Student ID giving identify to students across all use purpose and will be
easy fo transfer of students from one schoolto other school, state etc.
It willempower students with their own ID.
This unique lD will be lifelong and help in accessing the
educational
resources too
APAAR ID will be useful for tracking educational progress and
achievernent of students;
APAAR ID will be useful for monitoring the dropout
students and
mainstreaming them;
APAAR ) will be gateway for accessing Digilocker
ecosystem which will
store d1gitally all achievements of students like
exam results, holistic
report card, health card, learning outcomes besides
other achievements
of students be it OLYMPIAD, Sports, Skill
training or any field.
Students can use the credit score for their
higher education or
employment purpose in future.
APAAR ID will also be used for
multiple use cases e.g., Entrance tests
conducted by NTA, admissions, Scholarship
disbursement, transfer of
government benefit, issue of awards, recognition
etc. for students,
teacheri and other users.
