Terms & Conditions of Quoted Solution

Participated vendors must have OEM Manufacturer support with respect to quoted Hardware,
Software and related warranties.
Complete LAN/WLAN Turn-Key solution with High performing Wireless LAN solution is required.
All the quoted equipment i.e. switches, controllers/gateways and AP should be from the same
OEM.
The bidder shall be responsible for complete end-to-end connectivity and the network shall be
fully converged.
The bidders would be required to conduct a detailed survey of the existing network and must
submit heat maps with respect to the quoted Wi-Fi equipment along with diagrams of the
Technical Survey Report (TSR), prior to submission of the tender document.
Solution must provide Blanket Coverage of Wi-Fi signal at each and every building to give
maximum coverage and SNR ratio shall be -70 DB to users through expansion of the existing Wi-
Fi network.
The bidder must be responsible for providing Network Cat 6 Cable Roll, Duct Power for newly
installed Switches, Access Points, Uplinks, and Cabinets.
CAT6 Copper Testing requirement: The Power Draw Test must be under 5% for a 1000 FT roll, and
the cable must be shielded.
Complete Cabling Solution including Racks, PDU and
etc. must be from a single premium quality manufacturer / brand.
The bidder must do the survey for the data center in order to fulfill the requirements of
civil/power work and requirements for the installation of the Smart Racks solution.
The specified quantity of items is based on internal assessment. Each bidder must verify the
exact requirements through a physical survey before submitting the tender document within
the designated deadline.
The procurement authority reserves the right to adjust the quantity of equipment during the
purchase order stage.
The Bidders must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing this type of
solution in Pakistan and provide at least three references for similar work within the country
