“Register for a new account” to begin. The BCBS portal helps members manage their benefits, locate
providers, request additional insurance cards, access their virtual insurance cards and much more.

Health Savings Account (HSA)

Visit Optum Bank online or through the mobile app to manage your HSA funds.

Employees do not receive physical insurance cards for dental insurance. To access your virtual insurance
cards, please visit Delta Dental online or by downloading the mobile app. The member portal also helps

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

To manage your flexible spending account (FSA) please visit iSolved Benefit Services online.

Eligible employees are automatically enrolled in the 401k with a contribution rate of 6% after one
month of service. Employees will receive the employer match following 12 months of service. If
you wish to opt out of the auto enrollment or have a different percentage withheld, you may do
