The Consular Officer

United States Embassy

Cairo, Egypt

Dear Consular Officer,

My name is ……., and I am a U.S. citizen residing at …… . I am writing to extend this formal
invitation to my nephew MOHAMMED holder of Palestinian passport number ….. , to visit me in
the United States for a short family visit.

It has been many years since we last saw each other, and over this long period, we have
maintained our family ties despite the distance. I would deeply value the opportunity to
welcome him here and spend some quality family time together during his visit, which is
planned for approximately 3 weeks, starting on or about X of September.

I fully understand and respect the laws and regulations governing visitors to the United States. I
would like to emphasize that this is a temporary visit for family purposes only, and my nephew
is committed to returning to Egypt after his stay, as he has significant professional, and personal
obligations there.

I will provide full accommodation at my home for the entire duration of his visit and will ensure
his needs are met while in the United States.

Please find attached a copy of my U.S. passport , proof of my residence, and proof of my ability
to support his stay. Should you require any additional information or documents, I am more
than willing to provide them upon request.

I kindly request that you give his visa application favorable consideration so that we may reunite
as family after these many years apart.

Thank you very much for your time and understanding.

Sincerely
