tthe Boys Scout of the Philippines (BSP) Patrol Leaders Training Course (PLTC) to be held
at Bagontapay Central Elementary School, Bagontapay, M’lang, Cotabato on November 8-
10, 2024.

I have considered the benefits that my son will derive from his participation in this
activity provided that due care and precaution will be observed to ensure the comfort and
safety of my son and that DepED employees and personnel may not be held responsible for
any untoward incident that may happen beyond their control.
