We TRAC FUJICO AIR SYSTEMS, a HVAC company, was established in the Year 1989, has gained
considerable recognition as a strong HVAC Design & project execution organization in the country.

TRAC FUJICO® is contributing its services as a perfect solution provider for a wider range of Air
conditioning and Ventilation applications.

TRAC FUJICO in its credit executed several quality projects for prestigious customers like Deloitte, L & T
Infocity, Phoenix, MICROSOFT, OLYMPIA, STERIA, TCS, HEWLETT PACKARD, VERIZON, HEWITT, BRITISH
AIRWAYS, DANFOSS, SHELL, BARCLAYS, LOGICA, COGNIZANT TECHNOLOGIES, NOKIA SIEMENS, APOLLO
TYRES, RADDISSON, ACCENTURE, HONEYWELL, IITM, AMAZON, RENAULT NISSAN, TVS and so on.

TRAC FUJICO has gained expertise in the HVAC field in almost all the applications like IT Parks, Research
Parks, Hospitals, Atomic Energy, Green Buildings, Studios, Clean room application, production factories,
Power plants, Corporates, Institutions, Banking sectors, Hotels, Malls, Showrooms, etc.

We have executed recently a project, for IITM for their Research Park, worth of about INR 80 Million of
capacity 2300 TR with water to water thermal storage system, a very latest and innovative technology
at their complete satisfaction.

Besides this, we are currently executing prestigious projects for NTPC, a 'Navaratna' organization of the
Government of India, worth Rs.22 Crores (3 sites put-together) for providing HVAC system for their
Thermal power plants at Meja-UP, Anta-Rajasthan and Ramagundam-AP . We had already completed
14 Crores of projects for NTPC in Maharashtra Region. In fact, the first three NTPC jobs were awarded
to us amidst of International competition from vendors across the Globe.
Other Special Projects are :

 We have done HVAC works for the India's First Green Building with LEEDs Platinum Certification
- CII Godrej GBC Green building at Hyderabad.

 We have executed the country's first Green Building Fit out project for ABN AMRO, Chennai

 We have done HVAC works for the World's Largest Green Building with Gold Certification -
Olympia Tech Park at Chennai with 15 lakhs sqft of built up area

 Successfully Completed Single highest order value of INR 150 Million for Bhabha Atomic
Research Centre @ Kalpakkam, Chennai. The project involves Highly critical negative pressure
ventilation system for radiation waste process/storage

 Executed HVAC works for Steria India Limited (formerly known as Xansa India Ltd) with
innovative Spray Pond System for cooling the condenser water 400 TR capacity Chiller in lieu of
Cooling tower, the longest period operating spray bond in the country
