Dear Maam,
I hope this letter finds you well and in good spirits. My name is Sarah Nicole J.
Barsubia, and I am an incoming freshman student eager to embark on a journey of
discovery and growth through higher education. I am writing to express my heartfelt
interest in the provincial scholarship offered by your office and to humbly apply for
the same.
As the first in my family to attend college, I understand the financial hurdles that
come with pursuing higher education. However, I am determined to overcome these
challenges to make a positive impact in my community. I believe that a Bachelor of
Science in Statistics will provide me with the knowledge and skills I need to do just
that. Statistics is not just a subject to me, but a tool that I want to wield in the service
of others. It is a language that speaks to the heart of the issues we face and offers a
roadmap to solutions. I am eager to use my education to uncover patterns and
connections that will shed light on the complex issues of our time. I believe that with
the support of this scholarship, I will be able to unleash my full potential and
contribute to the betterment of our community in a meaningful way.
I am not just a student, but a dreamer and a doer. I am not just a statistician, but a
problem solver and a change maker. I am not just a recipient of this scholarship, but
a proud ambassador of the province and its people.

Dear Gov. Lala,
I am Zyra Mae Corombana Villarosa, 18 yrs of age, from Poblacion A, Mlang North
Cotabato. I'm currently studying a as Grade 12 STEM Student; STEM Stands for
SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ENGINEERING IN MATHEMATICS in Mlang
National High School. I have been an honor student since Elementary school. For
me, education is important to our life because education helps us to be better
citizens, get better-paid jobs, and many more. So, I'm taking my studies seriously so
that I can achieve my dreams and goals in life.
I would like to take the opportunity to apply for your scholarship program
because I know it will help me a lot in my college fee, knowing that my mother's
income is so small because she is working as a nursery laborer with a monthly
income of P6,000. She is a single mom because my father passed away last 2010
due to Diabetes. My mama is the only one who supports, provides for our needs,
and takes care of us. I have a little brother who currently studying is Mlang Pilot
Elem. School. If I will be given a chance to be part of your scholarship program Gov.
I will pursue my college life without worrying so much of my expenses and I will take
it more seriously so that I can help my little brother when I finished my studying and
Find A better Job. Also, to make my mama's life easier and to make her proud.
I believe that this scholarship program can really help me and my mom when I
finished my Senior High level because it will lessen my mom's worries about my
college expenses, and also for me, to make my studies better without worrying about
lack of money due to educational purposes. I know that this scholarship program can
help not just me, but many more Cotabateños students who don’t have a large
number of finances that will also pursue their college degree this upcoming year.
