Configuration
There is no need for additional settings to be made by the AIMS Administrator through the eCrew
Configuration screen (AIMS 4.11.1 option).
Notifications
The Notifications board is a feature that provides an
overview of alerts and information about the crew’s details
(i.e. training records etc.) and/or schedule (i.e. Schedule
changes, bidding periods open etc.).
If notifications apply, the board will appear every time crew
access the app, but this functionality can be disengaged by
selecting the “Do not show this screen again” option.
In the event where important notifications apply, this
selection will be overridden and the message will appear
regardless (i.e. in cases where crew must check schedule
changes or discretion report and must acknowledge
messages).
