Ctrl+F – Flight # -Flight Contacts [SF8] – Update Contacts

Add information according to the column in the field, Firstname/Surname/Phone Number/Workstation – Update
[Enter]

Messenger Tab - Ctrl + M

This tab opens by default, fixed under the tab "0". Messages are transmitted only if the user is in the
registration system. If at one moment several messages are simultaneously released, then the system
will first display a message of high importance, and then the rest.

Information to be transmitted before the flight closes.

1) The number of TRL (prams) by class, and WCMP (wheelchairs) (wheelchair - manual power,

Non-Operational Customers [F6] – passengers whose flight has been canceled or whose flight has been replaced by
aircraft and whose class of service has been changed, and as a result of which the route has changed. Outbound

2.1 Last minute upgrade Nomad Club (NC LMU)

We can use this service only if the time before departure is from 130 to 70 minutes. If before departure less than 70
minutes, then this service will not work. In the View Customer tab, there should be such a comment

1. Use ALT+TAB and enter to the GS links  Last minute upgrade enter using the password from OWA. (
(Upgrades can only be done by supervisors and agents with PD)
2. Find the flight / passenger and select the segment for which we want to upgrade.
3. Enter the password from OWA and click “Process”. If everything went well, then a window with a
notification about the successful operation will be displayed. Otherwise, a window with a description of
the error is displayed.

4. The passenger has a remark on Upgrade

5. When making a promotion in DCS, we allow the passenger to sign the information sheet. Next, put it in an
envelope along with the flight documentation.

6. Regrade Reason - Special Occasion.

Force Transfer

When accepting a Go-show for a flight with J / Y / I / X tariffs, it is necessary to transfer from flight to flight:

2.2 Add/Delete – Compensation


1) Adding compensation information:

Ctrl+H – Surname – Identify – Compensation [CF2] – Issue Compensation [F3] – Flight to Compensate: Select –
1/Compensation Details: Compensation Reason – Denied Boarding/downgrade/voluntary or involuntary –
Proceed – Form of Compensation: Cash or MCO Voucher/Currency: KZT or USD/Amount: 100, 150, 200
…/Comment: Save Compensation

In order to enter information on the issue of compensation, you must first send the passenger to SBY, then
remove from the flight (if this is overbooking)!

If this is a downgrade, then you must perform Manual Regrade and then enter compensation information.

If the passenger has not reprinted the boarding after the seat has been changed; if the receipt number is not
entered when paying for excess baggage, etc., then the passenger is included in the list Ineligible to Board (SF9).
