Subject: Consideration of attendance marks

Sir,
I am a student of 2nd year in your department.I was extremely sick for some
days in during this academic year.And so,I was unable to attend some of your
classes.
I was absent on 31st October and 7th November due to my illness of Gastric
Ulcer.Also I was absent on 9th January due to severe cold,caugh and fever as I
am an Asthma patient.
I do have necessary documents and medical prescription.

I,therefore,pray and hope that you will take the matter into consideration and
oblige me thereby.
