Subject: Invitation Letter for Parents to Attend Convocation Ceremony
Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Sirat (Passport No: W2306588), currently residing at 46 Tamworth Court, Brampton, ON,
am writing to invite my parents, Mr. Yogesh Chhabra (Passport No. W2305348) and Mrs.
Amita (Passport no. W2304873) , residing at House no. 36, Street no.1, B block Vijay Colony
, Fazilka (152123), Punjab, India, to visit Ontario, Canada and attend my convocation
ceremony, which will be held on July 11th , 2025, at Paramount fine food centre on rose
cherry pl, Mississauga, L4Z4B6, On held by Lambton College, Mississauga .
I have recently completed my diploma in Recreation Therapy from Lambton College in
Mississauga at 121 Brunel Rd, L4Z3E9, On, and my parents' presence at this significant
milestone in my life and would mean great to me. They intend to stay in Canada for duration
of 3 weeks to attend the ceremony and spend some quality time with me.
I assure you that they will return to their Home Country, India after their visit, as they have
commitments and responsibilities there. My parents are fully capable of covering all
expenses related to their visit, including travel, accommodation, and other living costs
during their stay in Canada.
Please find attached copies of my convocation invitation, passport, study permit, along
with my parents' identification documents.
I kindly request you to grant them the necessary visas to make this trip possible. If you
