I am a Citizen of Canada. My Canadian passport number is AW205669. I live with my husband Sandeep Singh Gill
(D.O.B. 29th October 1991) who is Canadian Permanent Resident.
I am currently working in a full-time permanent position as an Emergency Qualified Registered Nurse at Langley
Memorial Hospital, Langley under Fraser Health Authority. I have an approximate annual income of $98,000 per
annum.
I would like to invite my biological sister, Balvir Kaur (D.O.B. 01st October 1980, Indian Passport No. B7475719,
Address: Village Nangal Kalan, VPO Nangal Kalan, Mansa. Punjab, India, PIN-151505), and my nephew,
Lovejot Singh (D.O.B. 01st October 2004, Indian Passport No. B7364762, Address: Near Bus Stand, WO
Nangal Kalan, Mansa, Punjab, India, PIN-151505), to visit me in Canada lor a period of 2 weeks 15lh November to
30°1 November.
I got married on 23rd November, 2016 in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Since it is now safe to travel and spend family
time together, 1 would like to invite my sister and nephew to join us for our 9th wedding anniversary on 23rd
November 2025.
It is my sincere wish that they be permitted to visit me here so we can celebrate this occasion, see my new home, meet
my husband, and tour this beautiful country. During their stay in Canada, they will stay with me at 31-4967 220
Street, Langley, BC. In this time, I want to show them fine wineries in Kelowna, ice tubing in Whistler, fine dining on
top of Grouse Mountain, bicycling on the mesmerizing seawall in Vancouver, and delicious cuisines. If weather
permits, I would also like them to enjoy the thrilling experience of snowshoeing and stunning hikes in Beautifi.il
British Columbia.
My sister, Balvir Kaur, is a businesswoman and owner of Kaur Karyana Store in Punjab. India. She is financially
independent, well-established, and happily settled with her family. My nephew, Lovejot Singh, is currently studying
and is well-settled with his family. They live a very contented and comfortable life back home surrounded with family
and friends; they get together quite often, almost every day.
I believe Visitor Visa is well suited to my sister and nephew, who prefer not to uproot themselves from India and
would still like to visit to celebrate this milestone and my new home with me and my family.
I hereby undertake the complete legal responsibility of my sister and nephew during their stay in Canada. 1 undertake
to provide them with boarding and lodging, medical assistance, bear all expenses necessary and, if necessary,
repatriation to India.
That 1undertake, they will return well before the expiry of their authorized visitor visa stay.
That I undertake to assure that Balvir Kaur and Lovejot Singh will not be the responsibility of Government of
Canada during this visit. I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing it to be true and knowing that it is
of the same legal force and effect as if made under oath.
I am willing to sign a further understanding that the Government of Canada may need in this regard. This declaration
may be considered as my signed promise of my financial support.
