 Abstract

This micro project focuses on understanding the journey

of an entrepreneur by preparing a questionnaire and
conducting an interview with **Mr. Arjun Mehta**, the
founder of *Mehta Tech Solutions*. The study aims to
explore the qualities, skills, challenges, and strategies
required to build and manage a successful business.

Through the interview, we gained insights into

entrepreneurship, including leadership, innovation, team
management, customer satisfaction, and the role of
technology. The project also highlights the importance of
social responsibility, networking, and adaptability in
modern business.

The findings of this study enhance practical knowledge,

communication, and analytical skills. It provides students
with a clear understanding of real-world
entrepreneurship, inspiring them to develop creativity,
problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset for
future ventures.

Entrepreneurship is the process of starting and managing

a business venture, often with the goal of creating
something new or innovative. Entrepreneurs play a

This project focuses on understanding the journey of an

entrepreneur through a detailed interview. By interacting
with Mr. Arjun Mehta, the founder of *Mehta Tech
Solutions*, we explore his experiences, challenges,
achievements, and the strategies he used to build a
successful business.

Through this study, we aim to learn the qualities, skills,

and mindset required to become a successful
entrepreneur. It also helps students gain practical

how various entrepreneurs operate and succeed.
Understanding these types helps

markets.
 They focus on **innovation and creativity** to stay
ahead of the competition.
 Example: Elon Musk (Tesla, SpaceX) – introduced

2. **Imitative Entrepreneurs**

 They **copy existing business ideas** but often

improve or adapt them for a **specific market**.
 They learn from successful models and implement
them with minor improvements.

3. **Social Entrepreneurs**

 These entrepreneurs focus on solving **social,

: I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Computer

Engineering from Pune University in 2010. Later, I worked
in an IT company for 5 years before starting my own firm.

 : I always wanted to create something of my own and

technology.

was your initial idea?

: I started *Mehta Tech Solutions* in 2016 with a small

team of three members. Our idea was to provide custom
software solutions for small businesses.
