Abstract
This micro project focuses on understanding the journey
of an entrepreneur by preparing a questionnaire and
conducting an interview with **Mr. Arjun Mehta**, the
founder of *Mehta Tech Solutions*. The study aims to
explore the qualities, skills, challenges, and strategies
required to build and manage a successful business.
Through the interview, we gained insights into
entrepreneurship, including leadership, innovation, team
management, customer satisfaction, and the role of
technology. The project also highlights the importance of
social responsibility, networking, and adaptability in
modern business.
The findings of this study enhance practical knowledge,
communication, and analytical skills. It provides students
with a clear understanding of real-world

in an IT company for 5 years before starting my own firm.
