Onthe opening day, you MUST bring originals and photocopies of thefollowing documents to the Registrar
Academic Affairs Office at KaimosiFriends University: KCSE Result slip or Certificate, National ID (orbirth
certificate for those under 18 years), a copy of NHIF/SHIF card (must bein good standing) as evidence of medical
cover and a copy of this Admissionletter. Kindly remember to provide a duly completed hard copy of the
personaldetails form and the consent form on the opening day together with youroriginal certificates for verification.
Giventhat some of our courses will be offered online, it is mandatory that eachstudent report with a laptop. The
following are the minimum and recommendedlaptop specifications for students in non-computing courses:

Bachelorof Computer Science and Information Technology students are required to havelaptops with the following

There is accommodation within the University on first come first served service with priority for first-year female
students and persons with disabilities (PWD). A whole year's accommodation fees MUST be paid on the day of
admission. For those who fail to secure accommodation on campus, the university has identified external service
providers who will provide accommodation at prevailing market rates and will be available during opening day.
Please note that accommodation, food and tran sportis a private arrangement made by students over the duration of
their studies.
Any student classified under persons with disabilities (PWD) should inform the institution in advance so that prior
