Job Description - M365 Trainee

Note: Only local/Based candidates from Mumbai and Pune who meet all the criteria will be
considered for the interview process. Relocation candidates will not be eligible.

Position Name: M365_Trainee


Working Model: Office Mode
Timings: 11:00 am to 8:00 PM IST / Later it will be Night Shift OR Rotational Shifts.
Budget for this role: 3 to 4 LPA (As per the Interview comments)

Interview Process:
• Introduction Video Screening (Give access to me to review candidate's introduction video)
• Mettl Test (Online Aptitude Test)
• 2 Technical Interview (Virtual Round - MS Teams)
• HR Round (Virtual Round - MS Teams)
• Co-Founder Round (Virtual Round - MS Teams)

Job Description:
• Should have understanding of basic IT related technical terms like MS Exchange, Active
Directory, Office 365, memory, server, CPU, network, IP address, Microsoft Exchange, cloud,
Windows Server, DHCP, DNS etc.
• Prior Experience in infrastructure monitoring will be an added advantage.

Role Details:
• Service Desk, Server monitoring, Network monitoring, Troubleshooting server issues & network
issues.
• Ability to work independently, be adaptable to change and varied working hours.
• Be responsible for queue monitoring and acknowledging tickets.
• Basic application support knowledge.
• Individual must be flexible to work for extended hours, if required (open work on 24/7 support,
rotational shifts).
• IT Support, non-voice process.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
