The Details.. Catering and Banquet Information. On-Premise Events
On-premise private events are defined as events taking place within the club house not exceeding 60 guests. Any private event booked here will incur a $500.00 fee, regardless of the guest count, for staffing, tables, chairs, glassware, china, napkins and tablecloths, chafers with sterno fuels, serving utensils and room rental for 4 hours. For parties merely requiring the use of part of the dining room, this fee will be waived. For events requiring the use of the entire club house, a minimum guarantee of $6000.00 is required. This is inclusive of all Food and Beverages, service staff, etc.
Catered Events
A catered event is defined as any event not taking place within the club house. For all catered events all of our pricing includes chafers with sterno fuels, disposable flatware and utensils. All menu prices are based on drop off service only. Additional Fess will be charged to add service staff, upgraded plate ware, silverware and glassware($4.00 per person), glassware for Bar Service($2.00 per person) and linens including tablecloths and napkins($3.00 per person) Furthermore any tables, chairs, tenting set-up and breakdown will incur extra charges.
Payment Details
To confirm the date and time of your event, we require a 50% deposit of the preliminary invoice total. All deposits are non-refundable!!! Final payments are due 7 days prior to your event. Final guest counts are required 10 days prior to the event, after which the guest count may not decrease, but you may increase the guest count with 72 hours notice, so we adequately prepare for your guests. If a cancellation does occur, written notice must be received 60 days prior to the event for a refund of any kind to be considered. We are not responsible for weather or event party delays. If a cancellation does occur within 10 days prior to the event, the client will be responsible for all charges incurred in full. South Carolina Sales Tax of 7%, 2% Hospitality Tax and 5% Liquor Excise Tax are applied to all prices, as well as an 18% Service Gratuity.
Staffing
If you require staff for your event, the following rates will apply:

Lead Server (4 hour minimum) $40.00 per hour Bartender (4 hour minimum) $30.00 per hour Server (4 hour minimum) $25.00 per hour Chef (4 hour minimum) $60.00 per hour Cook (4 hour minimum) $30.00 per hour We provide a bartender for a cash or hosted bar at an hourly rate of $30.00 per hour (4 hour minimum). In the case of an off-site catered event, where the client provides the alcohol, a $5.00 per person fee will apply which includes bartender, mixers, garnishes and Ice. Glassware is $2.00 per person. Minimum of $150.00 fee will apply.
Our Menus
Any of our menus (Breakfast, lunch or dinner) can be used at any time of day at no extra charge. Our menus are merely ideas; feel free to meet with the chef to set up your own unique menu to meet budget goals or theme. Certain menu items are subject to seasonal availability. We reserve the right to offer substitutions if products do not meet our standards or are not available. Due to fluctuations in food cost, all of out quoted menu pricing is subject to change.
