Moblink is ranked as one of the worlds largest mobile operator (in terms of subscriptions). Moblink is pioneer of GSM technology in Pakistan and is Pakistans leading cellular and blackberry service provider. The company is Pakistan's leading cellular operator with a subscriber base of 31.5m and market share of 31% in October 2010. Moblink started operations in 1994 as the first GSM cellular Mobile service in Pakistan by MOTOROLA later it was sold to Orascom Telecom, an Egypt based multinational company.
