Providing R.C.C cast in situ bored piles in position asper specifications in all kinds of soil except rock including cost of boring by any method but using drilling mud to stabilize the bore and flushing the bore of excess mud with freshly prepared drilling fluid by using pumps prior to placing concrete by tremie method in one continuous operation and including the cost of all materials and labour for placing of concrete and also including the cost of hire charges of all implements necessary for boring , placing of concrete , welding of reinforcement cage complete but excluding cost of reinforcement...etc.Works to be executed as per IS:2911( Part I / Sec-2 ). Cement concrete should have an ultimate crushing strength of not less than 350 Kg / m2 on 15cm cube at 28 days and its cement content not less than 400 Kg / m3. The rate includes the cost of 1m minimum dummy length of pile concrete and cost of admixture if required. ( j ) 1000 mm Dia. of Piles. using hyrraulic piling rig with power unit and complete Supplying ,fitting, fixing M.S casing pipes over R.C.C cast in situ bored piles in position including cost of all materials complete as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.( i) 6mm thick casing. ( j ) For 1000 mm Dia.of Piles. Vertical load test ( compression ) by hydraulic jack on pile with 1.5 times the design load including preperation of the head of piles with concrete of required strength for receiving the jack with all ancilliary arrangements for setting up guages, construction of suitable platforms , keeping the loads and dismantling and removing all arrangements etc. complete as per direction of EngineerIn - Charge including cost and carriage of all materials and as per IS specification .( A ) on single pile ( iii ) With testing load above 100 MT. Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches in all sorts of soil including removing removing spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 150 metres as directed and including trimming the sides of trenches levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom ,bailing or pumping out water etc, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge in all sorts of soil . ( a ) Depth up to 3.0 m ( i ) Work with pumping out water and including shoring as required. Providing form work and staging so as to give smooth concrete surface finish including hire and labour charges for the same for Bridges and culverts . including stripping off and removing after completion of works and providing necessary Batter, curved surface etc all complete.
