Dynamo History ThebeginningforthisprojectcameasaconclusionfromonepopularRussianmagazinearticle(Tehnika Molodiozhi;Youth;sTechnique,1972,#8,August)byA.Kaldamasov,entitledSpheroidalLightningina Liquid.ThisarticlecametotheattentionofMichailRazovskyandmein1974.Mygroupofvolunteersand enthusiastswaslookingforanewsourceofenergy.Thisarticleservesasastart-uppointfortheunderstandingof chemical-physicalprocessesoccurringinwater.In1976-78,intheVladivostokcityhospital,intheradiological lab,meandothers(VladilenBulgakov,radiologyphysician,andMichailRazovsky,theoreticianinplasma physicsfield)spentoneyearassemblingadevice,whichwassupposedtoseparatewaterintooxygenand hydrogenmoreefficiently.Duringtheexperiments,insteadoftheexpectedresults,itproducedelectricityvery efficiently!Theinputpowerduringtheexperimentwas800wattwaterpump.Theoutputwas1400watts.This devicewasassembledusingplasticpipesconnectedwithhoses,wherethewaterwascirculatinginaloop.Further thisledtotheideaofcreatingtheseconddeviceasgenerator-toroid. ThesecondgeneratorwasassembledintheworkshopoftheOceanResearchInstituteinVladivostok,anditwas transportedinthesummerof1990tothetestingstationoftheMinistryofElectronicsIndustryinVladivostok. Thislabwaswell-equippedwithallnecessarysetsofinstruments.Atthesametimepatentswerefiledinthe USSRStateCommitteeofInventions.Inthespringof1991theStateCommission,ledbyYuriiLebedev,the RussianFederationCouncilofMinistersarrivedinVladivostok.Thiscommissionarrivedfortworeasons:To recommendafinancialrequestformanufacturingthedynamo,andtoclassifythisenergysourceasa Discovery(Document#14-451). SeveralArmenianphysicists,afterreadingthearticle,sentmealetterrequestingtomeetwithmeinVladivostok fornegotiationsaboutthedynamo.ThearrivedinMarch1991andmadeobservationsofthesecondgenerator., whichwasinworkingconditionatthattime.IflewtoArmenia,andtheworkonthethirdgeneratorstartedatthe endof1991.Itwascompletedattheendof1992.ItwasworkingandwasproducingenergyuntilJanuary1997, whenitwasdestroyedduringthewar.SomepeoplewerealsokilledandotherpeoplefurthermovedtotheUSA. Thisversionofthedynamocreatedanoutputaveraging6,800amperesat220voltsDC.Itsinputpowerwasonly approximately1%oftheoutputpower. ThenIwasaninvitedspeakeroftheMeetingoftheAlternativeEnergyInstitute(DrHalFox)inSaltLakeCity, August1999.Iwanttonotethattheofficialannouncementaboutmyspeechhadseveralmistakes(forexample, thenameofArmeniawaschangedtoRomania). Dynamo Theory Myhydro-magneticdynamoisalarge-scaledemission-freeelectricalgenerator,whichdoesnotrequireexternal fueling.Thedynamoiscapabletopowerlargertransportationvehiclessuchasbuses,trucks,ships,locomotives, andairplanes.Doubtremainsaboutmakingdynamoscompactenoughtopowerautomobiles. WhilethreeexperimentalprototypeshavebeenbuiltwithRussianandArmenianexpertiseandequipment,a fourthdemonstrationprototypeneedstobebuiltwithmoremodernWesternengineeringexpertiseandequipment toverifydynamoperformanceclaimsandtofurtherexplorethedynamospotentialcapabilities.Performance claimsareasfollows:Dynamosarescaleablefro100kilowattsto1,000megawatts.One1000-megawattdynamo isaboutthesizeofatwo-cargarage.Forcomparison,HooverDams17generatorshaveatotalcapacityof2,000 megawatts.Adynamocanruncontinuouslyforabout25yearsormorewithlittleornomaintenance,noexternal fuelsource,andnopollution.Ifadynamosoutputis1megawatt,itstotalinputpowerisapproximately10 kilowatts;thereforethedynamosenergyefficiencyisabout10,000/ Thesourceofthedynamoshugeelectricaloutputisanuclearreaction,whichisnotgenerallyknownto mainstreamscience.However,itisknownthatthedynamoproducesalphaparticles,whichareheliumnuclei, madefromfuseddeuterium,anisotopeofhydrogenwithoneprotonandoneneutron.Theelectronsmissingfrom theheliumnucleiarewhatseemtoprovideacopioussinkofelectricity,andwhichhappenstobethesecretto thedynamosabilitytogenerateanexceptionallylargeamountofelectricity.Itisalsoknownthatthedynamo useshigh-densitychargeclusters.High-densitychargeclustersarethoughtbysometheoriststobethebasisof plasma-injectedtransmutationofelementsandalsoneutralizationofradioactivematerials.Unlikehotfusionand fissionreactors,thedynamodoesnotaccumulateanyradioactivecomponent. Theresultofthedynamosprocessesisconversionofelectrostaticfieldstodirectcurrent.Ishouldnote,thatthe clearunderstandingofthetermslikeCoulombsconversionandalsoliquidVandeGraafgeneratorisvery important. Schematically,thedynamoisanelectrostatictransformer,orinotherwordsanelectrostaticvoltagemultiplier. Oneversionofthedynamoisdesigned,whichuseslaserforastarter.Therewerethreedynamoprototypesbuilt. ThefirsttwosmallexperimentalprototypeswerebuiltinVladivostok.Thethirdandlastprototypecontinuously generatedelectricity,exceptwhenturnedofftoincorporateimprovements,from1992toJanuary1997in Armenia. ItwasmentionedabovethattheArmenianprototypegeneratedadirectcurrentof6,800amperesat220volts,that is,about1.5megawatts.Minimumpoweroutputhasbee500,000watts,andmaximumpoweroutputhasbeen2.5 megawattsduringwinterexperimentsduetobettercooling.TheArmenianprototypedynamostoroidweighed 900kilogramsandhadadiameterofapproximately2meters.Coolingwateriscirculatedthroughcopperpipes wrappedaroundthetoroid.Theheatisexpelledfromthecoolingwaterwithaheatexchanger.Theworking temperaturewastypically36degrees. Afteradynamoisassembled,thewaterisliterallyjump-started(bydischargingalargebankofcapacitors)to movingaroundthetoroid.Thestartimpulsepressureisashighas400atmospheres.Thedynamoscontrolsare temporarilysettogeneratingenoughofamodestamountofelectricitytosustainitself,possibleevenwhilebeing transportedfromthefactorytoitsplaceoffutureoperation.Thecontrolcircuitsaresimpleasonlysensorsanda controlcomputerareused.Wedonotneedanytechnicalmaintenancepersonnel. FortheArmenianprototypedynamo,two10-Faradcapacitorbatterieswereusedtoprovidetheinitialwater motion(accelerationandexcitationofwater).Thecapacitorswere20kilogramseach,withdiametersof50cm, andweresuppliedfromRussianmilitaryradarstations.Usingatotalof20,000Joules,100,000Voltswith0.05 AmperesofcurrentwereappliedtotheArmeniandynamofor3-5minutestoionizeandpolarizethewater,which thenstartedthegenerationofelectricity. ThereasonfortheveryhighvoltageprovidedbythelargeRussianradarcapacitors,whenstartingthegenerator, appearstobetopolarizethecrystalsofbariumtitanate.Onecomparisoniswiththeelectronicignitiononagas stove.Oncethebariumtitanatecrystalsarepolarized,thegeneratorisrunning.

Afterthesecapacitorshadbeenusedtojump-startthedynamo,abatteryofbufferbatteriessustainedcontinuous operationwhenwatermotionandionizingbegan.Thisbatterybankcontained8powerful12-volt,150-ampere leadbatteries.Thedynamossustaininginputpowerwas14,400watts.Thenominalmaximumoutputpowerwas about1.5megawatts.Once,theoutputcurrentwasaccidentallyincreasedto40,000amperesforalmostaminute. Fortunately,thepowerwasreducedtoasafelevelbeforethewaterstartedtoboil.Internalcoils(windings) providethecontrolofwatervelocityandthereforecontroldynamopower.Thefasterthewaterismoving,the moreelectricitythedynamogenerates.Oncethewaterstopscirculatingaroundthetoroid,thedynamomustbe jump-startedagaintoaminimumpowerlevelbeforeitcansustainitselectricitygenerationwithitsownoutput power. Thefollowingisacondensedsummary,withsomeeditingandadditionalcommentary,ofthedescriptionofthe dynamosRussianpatentIPCH02K44/00,MethodofDerivingElectricalEnergyandRealizationof GritskevichsMHD-Generator. Thedynamoisasealedpolystyrenetoroidfilledwithultra-puredistilledwaterwithheavywater(deuterium oxide)added.Movementofwaterinsidetheclosedloopanduseofuniquepropertiesofwaterasapolarliquid causeareleaseofelectricalenergyasanoutcomeofaruptureofhydrogenconnections.Additionalelectrical energyisdrawnfromnuclearreactionsandmicro-cavityprocesses.Theliquidisionized,polarized,andmoving aroundthetoroidatstart-uptimebyarunningfieldwiththehelpofstimulatingelectromagneticwindings. Electrostaticgenerator-transformerHydro-MagneticDynamo(GT-HMD)worksduetotheprocessof amplificationandmaintenanceofstationary(oscillatinginparticular)electromagneticfieldbyhydrodynamic movementsoftheconductivemedium.Thestator(i.e.,thetoroid)ismadeofmaterialswithahighdielectric permittivity.Liquidrotorisarecombinedwater(purewaterwithhighmolecularcompounds)whichmovesdue tothehigh-voltagedischargesandrunningelectromagneticfield. ThemainprocessesinGT-HMDare: AprincipleofVandeGraafselectrostaticgenerator,wherethesolidinsulatingtapewaschangedtotheliquid one; Aperpetualwashoutofthesurfaceelectronsfromthespacerlayertakesplace; Asingle-turnlow-frequencygeneratorworksasacoaxialturnwith4resonancepointsandenergycarrying substanceinsideitthathasveryhighresonanceproperties; Theelectrostaticbreakdownsofcavitation-vacuumstructuresinwatertakeplace. Thepolarliquid(purewater)consistsofdipolesonly,i.e.,strictlyorientedchargedmolecules.Duringthe interactionofionizedpurewaterwiththelayerofBaTiO3theelectrostaticfieldofabove10millionvolts/cmis formed.Duringthisprocessthebreakdownofphysicalvacuumtakesplace. ElectrostaticfieldcoupledwithactionofBariumTitanatelayer(ifweapplyelectricalfieldtoBariumTitanate, thenthislayercreatestosoundvibrationsofabout25KHz,;thisvibrationhelpstodestroythemoleculesof water)facilitatethefurtherdestructionofmolecular-atomicstructuresofwater.Andduetotheperpetual electrostaticdischargesthebreakdownsincavitation-vacuumstructuresoccursandthereactionofcoldnuclear fusionproceeds.Withthisfusiontheenergyof500kJ/moleisliberatedinvacuumandtheenergyof6kJ.moleis liberatedinwater.Thus,newhydrogenbindingforminvacuumwiththeenergyliberationofabout20kJ/mole. Duetothisprocesstheaccelerationofionizationofpolarliquidtakesplace.Inadditiontheconstantwashing outoftheincompleteelectronbindingsfromthelayerofBariumTitanateoccur,i.e.,freeelectronsform.Dueto thisprocessthepolarliquidtransformstotheorderedflowofelectronsandnegativeions,whichcanbecalled verysimplyanionic-electriccurrent. WorksoncreationoftheexperimentalgeneratorwerebeguninSeptember1991inArmeniaandcametoanend inMarch1992.Theactiveworkingweightoftheprototypeofthedynamo(torus+water)wasabout900kg.The diameterofthetoruswasabout2meters.Toruswasmadeoftheimpact-resistantopticpolysterol.Thistorus consistedoftwohalves,whichwereturnedonthemerry-go-roundmachine. Themono-crystallinebariumtitanatewassprayedontheinternalsurfaceofthetorus;itsdielectricpermitivity was6000.Thethicknessofthelayerwasabout1micron.Thewaterwaspurifiedtothespecificresistanceof 18,000,000Ohm/cm. Thelow-frequencyvoltagewasobtainedfromtheloadwindingsandtheDCwasobtainedfromthestabilization chamber. Letsnotethatthehigh-voltagedischargesof32electrodesionizethepartiallypre-ionizedwaterfurther.By meansofthestimulationwindings,arunningmagneticfieldiscreatedwhichmovesthewaterinonedirection insidethetoroid.Anelectromotiveforceiscreatedbytheelectromagneticinductioninaseparatesetofwindings. Aswealreadymentioned,duringthemovementofthewaterstream,freeelectronsarecreated,andanadditional energygetsemittedbecauseofthewatersfriction(viscosity)againstthelayercoatedontheinsidesurfaceofthe toroid,becauseofelectrostaticbreakdownsofcavity-vacuumstructures,andbecauseoftheongoingnuclear reaction. InadditiontothebariumtitanatedepositedontheTeflon-coatedinnersurfaceofthepolystyrenetoroid.The wateritselfalsocontainstinybariumtitanatecrystalsinsuspension.Ultrasoundat15KHzispropagatedthrough thewatertoformmicro-bubblesonthesurfacesofthesuspendedbariumtitanatecrystals.Againduetothe bariumtitanatespiezoelectricaction,veryhighelectrostaticfieldsalsoaredevelopedwithinthemicro-bubblesat thesurfaceofthecrystals.Theelectronsfromthenuclearreactionareaddedtotheelectronsgeneratedatthe toroidsinnersurface.ThetotalamountofcrystallinebariumtitanateintheArmeniandynamowasnearly1000 grams. BACKGROUND ART [0002]AFrenchengineerJ.Ranke'susageofavortextubeforthetransformationandextractionofenergyis widelyknown.First,thevortextubewasusedtodivideagasflowintothehotandthecoldstreams.Aclassic Ranke'svortextube[1;2,page108]containsacylindricaltubewithononeendacyclone,whichisconnectedto oneoftheedgesidesofthecase,havingadiaphragmontheotheredgeside(coldpart),andabreakingdevice, whichisaregulatingconeinsidetheconeattheend,oppositetothecyclone(hotpart).Compressedgasisfed tangentlythroughthecyclonetothetubewhereitisdividedinsidethevortexflowintothecold(central)andthe hot(peripheral)components.Acoldgasflowleavesthetubethroughthediaphragm,andahotpartoftheflow getsoutthrougharing-gapbetweentheinnersurfaceofthetubeandaregulatingcone. [0003]Lateron,theworksonincreasingtheRanke'svortextubeeffectivenesswereaimedattheoptimizationof theconstructiveelementsparameters;forexample,throughtheuseofaconedcase[3],throughoptimizationof dimensionscorrelations[4],throughbringingintotheflowparttheelements,whichorganizeandpreservethe laminarandturbulentflowmode[5],throughthecorrelationbetweentheelements--forinstancebyconnecting thehotflowtothecoldoutflow[6]. [0004]TheusageoftheRanke'sgasvortextubesknownconstructionsisnoteffectiveenough,particularly becausethemovementenergyoftheloadedparticles,whichoccurduringthevortexflowmovementprocess,and peculiaritiesofthecorrelationsbetweenthethermo-dynamicparametersofdifferentflowcutsarenotused. [0005]MuchlateraliquidsplittingwascarriedoutintoRanke'svortextube(waterinparticular),yetithasbeen dividednotintothecoldandthehotstreams,butintothecoldandthewarmflows[2,page171].Thesimplest vortextubeusedforsuchasplittinginordertoheatthewater,containsatube-casewithacycloneononeend connectedtothecaseontheedgeside[7].Theeffectivenessofwaterheatinginsuchatube--whencalculatedon thebaseoftheclassicthermo-dynamiclaws--exceeded100%.Theplacementofastraighteningbreakinsidethe tube--particularlytheradialribs--resultedintheeffectivenessincreaseof150-200%.Besides,theoccurrenceof additionalenergy(whichwasprovedinpractice)wasexplainedbythecoldnuclearsynthesisreaction(occurring, forinstance,asaresultofcavitations),bythevortexmovementradiation,inotherwordsbythetransformationof thewatersinnerenergy(intermolecularcorrelativeenergyaswellastheenergyoftheinter-,innerandexternalnuclearcorrelations)intotheheating[2,page193].Yetthemovementenergyoftheloadedparticles,which occursasaresultoftheabovementionedreactions,wasnotusedintheapplicationsoftheknownRanke'svortex tube.Besides,theparticularitiesofthethermo-dynamicparameterscorrelationindifferentflow-sectionswerenot usedsufficientlythoughtheeffectivenessincreaseofthevortextubefunctionbytheincreaseoftheoutflow waterstemperatureuptomorethan60.degree.C.[2,page166](externalheating)hasbeennotified. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION [0006]ThedisclosedtechnicaltaskistoincreasetheeffectivenessofthevortextubeoperationusingtheRanke's effectaswellastoenlargeitsfunctionalpossibilities--toproducetheelectricenergywithit. [0007]Thefirstmethodoftransformingenergyfromtherunningliquidorgasflowinsidethevortextubebased onRanke'seffectisachievedthroughtheadditionalheatingofliquidorgasinthehotpartofthevortextube; therebytheeffectofsuchaheatingissomewhathigherthantheheatingoftheinitialliquidorgas.
