Delivery Center in Pune, India. Eclipsys using Oracle Financials, Oracle Project Management

4. Motorola- Russia Buy Sell Implementation Nov '06 – Jun ‘07
Motorola Inc has determined to establish Motorola Russia (ZAO) to operate: Local
Distribution Center, Import of goods, and Domestic sales to customers. Current System has to be
extended to cover the business needs of an additional buy-sell legal entity – Russia (Motorola
Zao) with a distribution center in Moscow. The Newly Create Organization should able to
replenish the stock from other Motorola legal entities and should able to execute customer order
fulfillment along with 3rd Party Logistics Company to manage the physical inventory, customer
order fulfillment.
As Project Manager- Offshore, I was responsible for: The PM will manage the day-to-day
activities of the development team offshore
Providing Weekly status reports to the onsite Project Manager.
Escalating any issues regarding quality or schedule of the project
Allocating tasks to team members, Task tracking & Project Monitoring.

Project Unify: Genworth is in the process of Implementing Oracle E-business Suite 11i10 to
Automate and redesign its business processes on global scale. Shivmohan was involved in
CRP1, CRP2 and designing Payment integration solution with Citibank for all Payments in
Europe
