Park and parking rules for Europa-Park visitors

Welcome to Europa-Park! You are now starting a day full of discoveries and adventure. We hope you will enjoy your day at Europa-Park. However, we ask you not to disregard the usual consideration and precaution. Above all, this means to show responsibility for yourself as well as for others. Do not forget the elementary rules of politeness. Furthermore, we ask you to respect the following park rules, which form the basis of your stay at Europa-Park. 1. Parking The rules and symbols of the Road Traffic Regulation also apply to our car parks. In order to ensure a constant flow of traffic, the instructions of our staff members have to be followed. Please park your vehicle only within the marked parking spaces, or we will have to have it towed away at your own risks and expenses. The parking fee is charged for the parking space and not for watching over your vehicle. When leaving your car, please make sure that all doors, windows, boot and sunroof are closed and locked and that you have not left any valuables in clear view inside the car. In addition, we ask you not to leave any animals inside your vehicle. In case of theft or damage by others, we can not accept liability and will not pay any compensation. This also applies, when the damage is caused by storm, fire, hail, explosion or other extraordinary occurrences. The exclusion of liability for compensation does not apply when the damage is caused grossly negligent or intentionally by employees of Europa-Park. However, compensation can only be paid if the damage is reported to our personnel before you leave the park, if this report of damage is reasonable. 2. Entrance ticket You may only enter the Europa-Park site with valid entrance tickets through the marked entrances for visitors. Keep your entrance tickets with you throughout your stay in the park and produce them to our staff if requested to do so. Day tickets are only valid on the day of purchase. Entrance authorisation becomes invalid when you leave the park site. Persons who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused entrance to the park and may be escorted off the park site. Children have to be attended by an adult person until the completion of their 7th year. 3. General safety a) Dogs are welcome in the park but must be kept on a leash at all times. Dogs are not permitted at shows, on rides and in the specially marked areas of the park. No other pets may be brought into the park. b) The fire service regulations in the park site must be followed at all times. Smoking is prohibited when using any of the attractions. c) Visitors must not leave the marked paths and areas. d) Weapons and offensive items (pistols, knives, chains, knuckle-dusters etc.) must not be carried within the park site. e) It is in your own interest to follow the instructions issued by the park personnel.

Please follow the instructions issued by the operating staff. This cannot give rise to any complaint for compensation on your part. This also applies if you attempt to push to the front of a queue. You will be held liable for all damage caused by ignoring the instructions for use and malicious damages. In case of an interruption of the power supply due to thunderstorm, windstorm or other occurrences and a resultant failure of facilities and attractions, a refund or partial refund of the entrance fee charged cannot be demanded. In case of strong winds, impaired vision, thunderstorms or other specific environmental circumstances, we shall be entitled to shut down the operation of individual facilities and attractions for the protection of visitors.
