Application

Controlesta RCO 700D-.. are free programmable Master Controllers. The devices are suitable for the operation within a network. The Master Controllers Controlesta RCO 700D-.. can be used for the automatic control, monitoring and optimisation within the building automation. The Master Controllers can be connected together via Ethernet to a Multi-Master-Network (peer-to-peer Communication). The implemented interfaces and protocols offer a variety of communication and integration abilities. As a native BACnet Controller the Master Controller supports on demand the BACnet protocol according to the ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 135-2004 (ISO16484-5). Options for the Data Link Layer of the BACnet Building Controller (B-BC): BACnet/Ethernet, BACnet/IP, BACnet/MSTP und BACnet/PTP. Router functionality according to Clause 6. BBMD (BACnet/IP Broadcast Management Device) function can be activated if required. The controller RCO 700D-W includes additionally an integrated Web server for the visualization and operation of plant data and alarms via Intranet or Internet with a standard web browser. The HTML pages are designed comfortably and efficiently with the RCO-tool. 32 Bit-Micro processor with real time operation system 8 MB SD-RAM 4 MB Flash Memory 1 slot for SD-Memory Card as internal and external data and program memory. 2 x RS232 Interface: Used for the connection to bms, pc, analogue/gms-messenger, modem and printer as well as for the connection of the already implemented protocols. 2 x RS485 Interface: For the connection of the already implemented protocols as well as for the communication to the Controlesta RCO C Master network. 2 x Ethernet Interfaces (In/Out with integrated Hub-Functionality) for the peer-to-peer communication based on Ethernet for the connection of Master Controller within the MultiMaster-Network and the connection to the BMS-Software. 1 x L-Bus 1-connection with selectable speed (default: 100 Kbps) for the connection of up to 32 Slave-Modules RCO C 1 x L-Bus 2-connection with selectable speed (default: 100 Kbps) for the connection of up to 32 I/O-Modules RCO D The already implemented protocols like ASCII, Modbus RTU Master/Slave, M-Bus, Wilo, Grundfos, RCO C, Energesta REN and BACnet can be combined with the integrated Interfaces (Ethernet, RS232, RS485). Programming

Each Controller RCO 700D-M or RCO 700D-W has to be programmed individually. The free programmability of all functions is done with the Engineering Software RCO-tool. The tool supports text programming as well as graphical programming. The RCO 700D-M or RCO 700D-W firmware provides a variety of helpful HVAC functions (PIDloop, Enthalpy) mathematical and logical operations. Time schedules, Alarms or Data logs can be set up easily. The RCO 700D-M or RCO 700D-W can be accessed by PC, laptop or the operator panel (L-Bus). If a modem is connected, remote access or alarm monitoring by PC is possible. Local or remote access can be password protected.
