Compromise Agreement

COMPROMISE AGREEMENT
UNDERSIGNED PARTIES
1. Julius Fodra and Kristine Gallardo-Fodra resident of Barangay Talisay,
Catarman, Northern Samar

2. Rey Hechanova duly represented by Gladys Marie Hechanova resident of
Barangay Zone III, UEP, Catarman, Northern Samar.

The following parties agree as follows:

1. That the criminal case for slight physical injuries filed against Mr. Rey
Hechanova son of Ms. Gladys Marie Hechanova be dismissed and the action
for damages filed be also dismissed.

2. That upon the dismissal of the case the defendant Gladys Marie Hechanova
shall pay the aggregate amount of P150,000.00 which shall cover the costs for
the medical treatment and hospitalization, future expenses for medical
treatment incurred by herein plaintiffs Mr. and Mrs. Julius Fodra.




IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have mutually and voluntarily
agreed to the above stipulations, and sign this agreement, at the Philippine
Mediation Center, Catarman, Northern Samar, on the 15
th
day of March, 2014
for the consideration of the Honorable Court.
