Subject Philosophy:
It is important to ma5e sure the participation of user from design to execution. Time management
helps ou to deliver simultaneous activities in a proposed time. While designing housing, the
materials & e%uipment management enables the sstematic structure of the pro6ect. .s a student, it is
important to consider the concept of self-sustainabilit of the particular housing. .t ever stage of
development the arrangement of finances should be done b using planning & designing policies.

and technological alternatives shall be studied in detail. Exercises in simulation and conceptual
modeling shall be conducted. .pplication of concepts of communit participation, financing and
construction planning, computer aided pro6ect documentation including wor5ing drawings,
preliminar estimates, outline ;specifications and scheduling aimed at comprehensive understanding
of the implementation process.
