SUMMARY OF THE STUDY

I.

PROJECT PIZZA is the proposed name of the business. It is named as such


because the business gives the customers the privilege to choose the
flavours and toppings of the pizza that they will buy. Thus, the pizza can be
called their very own project. Moreover, Project Pizza serves as the main
project of the company a great tasting pizza that will be promoted through
subprojects of various movie showing.

The project will be located at Ground Floor, Serendra, Bonifacio


Global City, Taguig City.

A. The purpose of this pizza parlour is not simply to give you access
to a wide range of delicacies but also to unleash the creativity within
you. Custom-made pizzas are the specialization of Project Pizza.
This company will do this by providing different ingredients to the
customers where they can choose from. Then, the chefs of the
parlour will be the ones who will be responsible to make the pizza
out of their requests. The customers can also watch the actual
designing of the pizza through the glass window that separates the
kitchen from the dining area. With this, customers would easily be
satisfied because of their involvement in the process of making their
own recipe. Aside from custom-made pizzas, Project Pizza also
renders ready-made products for customers who prefer traditional
types of pizzas.

Adding to this, this pizza parlour offers free movie viewing as a


marketing strategy. This serves as a promotional activity that makes the
business different from other pizza parlours. It also helps the business gain
more regular customers who enjoy this kind of offer.
Furthermore, this establishment also serves different kinds of drinks that
will be served with the pizza or may be ordered separately.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
I.

Market Study
The business target market consist of students from different
universities and colleges. This also includes income earners like
professionals, and employees working in different offices and firms.
The total population of Taguig is 644473 of 10% anually, which
gives gradual increase in population in consequent years giving
leeway to further expansion and commercializations in a possible
span of time.

Our firm will be located at Ground Floor, Serendra, Bonifacio


Global City, Taguig City. It is a widely accessible place, because it
is at the commercial district of the city.
1. Marketing Programs
Marketing includes all activities involve in matching product
with the needs and wants of their market. It entails also such
activities as packaging, setting the price, advertising and
promoting marketing organizational set up and budget.
2. Product
We offer pizza as our only product. It is different from the
existing one because of customers can customize their own
pizza. We also include the common flavors of pizza.
3. Packaging
One of tbe important strategies in enhancing the market appeal is
packaging. Through good style of package and brand, customers
are encourage to buy. It is also called silent salesman.
The finish product will be place in a box, the same shape that the
crust was made showing the logo of the company to increase its
market appeal.
4. Price
In pricing, we consider the cost of production and competitors
price. Our pricing is lower than our nearest competitor with
competitive quality.

5. Promotion
As the main promotional technique, the company will have a 8%
discount in all prices of different flavors one hour before closing
time so it can easily catch possible buyers. We also offer free
movie-viewing to customers to attract and to make them stay
longer. For the special advertisement of the company, localize
advertising efforts will be use like leaflets and posters.
6. Channel of Distribution
Since the company has direct buying and selling, the channel of
distribution will be from producer to customer wherein the
company is the producer who will sell the product to final
consumers who are directly buying from the store.

TECHNICAL ASPECT
The business is located at Ground Floor, Serendra, Bonifacio Global
City, Taguig City. The total floor area of the building space is 160
sq. meters. We chose this location because it is a widely accessible
place at the commercial district of the study.
Our competitors near the area are SBarro and Yellow Cab. They
produce traditional pizzas thats why we chose different quality of
products such as customize pizzas, wherein the customer can choose
their own preferred style of pizza.
1. Raw Materials

The raw materials what will be used in pizza production will


come from our suupliers including indirect materials. We have
easy access from our suppliers, because it is near in our location
and well-established.
2. Utilies
Water, telephone and electricity are necessary in the production
of pizza. The proposed business is a dependant of MERALCO,
PLDT and MAYNILAD.
III.

MNAGEMENT ASPECT
For business to be successful it must be run and managed by people
who know how to deal in real business. Key personnel and workers
must be qualified enough to be able for the company to be
competitive. A poor management and lack of coordination will lead
to business failure. The proponents opted for the partnership type of
business; three are general partners while the remaining two are
limited partners.
The owners or partners being at the top of the organization control
the entity, followed by the manager who report directly to the
owners.
Owners are the one responsible for the overall operation of the
business. This is where the manager would report the result of the
operations.

The restaurant managers responsibilities usually cover the broad


areas of marketing the facility, managing staff and dealing with the
technical aspects of the business operations

FINANCIAL ASPECT
The financial aspect provide the reads with major assumptions to be
presumed in the financial analysis of the business, present the cost
incurred in the incorporation of the entity, explain the source of
funds used in financing the project, exhibit the financial statement of
the firm and set forth the profitability and break even analysis by
computing for the financial ratio based on the projected financial
statements.
The partnership shall adopt equity financing since their business will
not need to borrow from the bank. The partners will each contribute
1,000,000 to the total of 5,000,000 which is the needed capital for
the proposed business.

V.

SOCIO-ECONOMIC STUDY
The main objectives of this study are to determine the business in
the society, to determine the contribution of the business to our
fellowmen, to determine the contribution of the business to the tax
revenues of the government, to determine the responsibilities of the
people behind the business, and to contribute for the development of
the community.

1. Towards the Employees


It is our vision to give better opportunities to the unemployed
and reduce their growing number. Through the establishment of
our firm, we provide jobs to the people
2. Towards the Government
Automatically, our business is of socially beneficial to the
government because we would generate more funds for the
government through the taxes that we will pay. Before the
operation of the business we have complied with all the rules
and regulations set by the government making our operations
legal.
3. Towards the Competitors
A good competition is healthy for the business because it allows
it to grow, thus, giving more benefit to the consumers. To be
socially desirable with our competitor, we do not play a dirty
promotion or advertisements like comparing or branch saying
unlikely things with or without mentioning the other brands
name.
4. Towards the Community
It is our goal to save the community by putting a donation box in
our store so that the excess money of our customers will be put
into it and the proceeds will go to the charitable institution like

the GMA Kapuso Foundation, Bantay Bata and Sagip


Kapamilya.
