The balance of the purchase price shall be paid in full by the purchaser within ten (10) days from the date of auction sale to the Legal Owner. (Excluded CIMB BANK )

Any extension will be attract a Penalty Charge.
Successful bidders are required to perfect the ownership transfer of vehicles within 14 days upon receiving the relevant double transfer documents from Legal Owner.

Puspakom inspection VR1 on the Vehicle shall be conducted at Purchasers costs at the storeyard before the Purchaser takes delivery of the Vehicle, failing which

any refund claims will not be entertained.
All auction vehicles: bidders are advised to effect transfer of ownership via involuntary transfer (Double Transfer). Should the bidder
fraudulently obtains attestation on the transfer documents to proceed with the voluntary transfer (Single Transfer),
Legal Owner shall not be liable if the transfer is denied subsequently.

All intending bidders are advised to conduct the JPJ or PDRM search, and to inspect the vehicle/s prior to the auction sale. Futher more, if there is any typing error or changed,

this list cannot be treated as evidence.
Upon taking delivery of the vehicle, Purchasers shall conduct the PUSPAKOM B5 and B7 inspection at its own cost.
Ownership transfer of auction vehicles must be by way of Double Transfer at their own costs. This has always been the directive of the Road Transport Department . As such, Ambank shall not
>
be releasing anymore copy of hirer's NRIC and pre-signed JPJK3 by hirers to successful bidders. All expenses Incurred in respect of the transfer shall be borne by the purchaser.

1.
Auction deposit, balance and premium will not be refunded if:
a) engine changed and/or Engine Number Differ
b) Puspakom VR1 Inspection Report result is conditional passed report
c) Puspakom VR1 Inspection Report Failed due to Joined Wheelhouse, Joined Pillars and repaired accident unit without respective authority approval
2.
There will be no refund or reduction of auction bidding price if the year and model in auction list does not tallies with the RC or JPJ record.
Bidders had been advised to check on their own and verify the vehicles details with the relevant authority before bidding
3.
The purchaser shall NOT be entitled to claim for any refund in the following circumstances:
a) if the Vehicle cannot be registered with the Authorities due to traffic summons, fines or penalties unpaid/unresolved by the previous owner
b) if the Authorities gave a conditional approval for the Vehicle's transfer of ownership registration, under which transfer
of ownership registration can be made if any defects/parts of the Vehicle were to be rectified/replaced [For the avoidance of doubt,
costs and expenses for such rectification/replacement shall be borne by the Purchaser]
c) if the Purchaser makes a claim for refund (for whatsoever reasons), after the lapse of 21 days from the date of receipt of transfer documents from the Legal Owner
d) any act / omission by the Purchaser or his agents, servants or employees which had resulted in defects, loss, damages or

seizure / forfeiture of the Vehicle by the Authorities after the delivery of the Vehicle to the Purchaser

No particulars like engine differs,clarity of hirer's IC,hirer deceased,change of transmission system,backlisted by Police/JPJ, etc, will be announced.
All bidders are reminded and forewarned to inspect the vehicle thoroughly, check and verify the identity of the
vehicle before proceeding to bid for it. Once the vehicle is sold, request for refund will not be entertained unless it is
provided for under the condition of sale and/or the vehicle is confirmed "cut and joint" at the chassis and/or undergone
unauthorised repair rendering the vehicle requiring approval from JPJ Putrajaya for such repairs.
>
Bidders are advised to effect transfer of ownership via involuntary transfer (double transfer). Should the bidder
fraudulently obtains attestation on the transfer documents to proceed with the voluntary transfer (single transfer), PBB
shall not be liable if the transfer is denied subsequently.

Bidders are advised not to effect transfer of ownership or repairs on the vehicle unless they are certain that there is no
defect and the vehicle could or have passed the Puspakom inspection.
>
>
Especially the bidding price is over than RM 100,000.00, the successful bidder who are required to deposit 5% from the bidding price.
* For PUBLIC ISLAMIC/PUBLIC BANK Defective Vehicle, puchaser expressly acknowledge that:
a)no warranty as to the title whether or not the Legal Owner has title to the vehicles, fitness for purpose that the vehicle is free from
encumbrances and/or quiet possession.
b)no warranty is made that the vehicle will be registrable with the relevant authorities including but not limited to unauthorised joining,
welding, modification, etc, rendering the vehicle not road worthy.
c)no refund will be entertained in the event of non-registration, seizure, forfeiture of the vehicle and/or any other reasons whatsoever.
d)all implied warranties under the Sale of Goods Act are specifically negated and excluded
>
For AFFIN Bank Vehicles, payment must be settled within 10 DAYS from auction date. Any extension will be attract a Penalty Charge of RM500.00
For CIMB Bank vehicles, payment must be settled within 5 working days from the date of auction sale to KSL Warehouse Sdn Bhd. Any extension will
