Sitamarhi has a monsoon type of climate.
TEMPERATURE
Throughout the month of February daytimetemperatures will generally reach highs of

wasborn Rajneesh Chandra Mohan in kuchwaraatown in central india. Various sources state
that bhagwan means either the blassed oneor godand that shree means master .at the
end of his life,he changed his name to OSHO.March 21, 1953: Osho becomes enlightened atthe age 21,while
majoring in the philosophy atD.N. jain college at Jabalpur.1953-1956: Education1956: Osho receives his MA from
the universityof sagar with first class honors in philosophy.
BELIEFS ANDPRACTICES:
Osho developed new forms of activemeditation. The best known as dynamicmeditation which often starts with
strenuousphysical activity followed by silence andcelebration.

These were expected to lead the individual toovercome repression, lower there personalinhibitions , develop a
state of emptiness andattain enlightenment .the person would thenhave no pa no future no attachment, no
mind,no ego, no self.Prior to 1985, the disciples wore red robes ,anda necklace of 108 beads which had an
attachedpicture of Rajneesh. Osho assigned a newname to each of the disciples. Men were giventhe title swami
and women were called Ma.Most members lived a frugal ,simple lifestyle.He taught a form of Monism, that god
was ineverything and everyone. There is no divisionbetween god and no god. People, even at theirworse, are
divine. His contention was thatnational ,religious ,gender and racial divisionsare destructive.
