MV600 is a differential pressure manometer of U-tube type for
accurate measurement of low pressures and differential
pressures. MV600 has a blow-out protection and a knob for
zero-point calibration.

Mounting
Mount MV600 on a flat, vertical, non-vibrating surface.
First hang the manometer using a screw through the upper
mounting hole. Position the manometer so that the upper
surface is horizontal, use a spirit level. Fix the manometer in this
position using a screw through the lower mounting hole.
Stop the fans.
Drill 6 mm holes at suitable locations on the duct / AHU to
mount the pressure outlets. When mounting in, for example, an
insulated cabinet door, the pressure outlets can be extended
using the two supplied, stiff, plastic tubes.
Connecting and filling
Connect the pressure outlets to the manometer pressure
connections using the supplied hose or other hose with an
inner- of 4 mm. Make sure the hoses are connected to the
correct connector, + for the higher pressure and - for the lower
pressure.

Turn the zero-point calibration screw fully clockwise.


Remove the filler plug and slowly fill measuring fluid to just
above the 0-point. Use only the supplied fluid or replacement
fluid MM-F3.
Replace the filler plug tightly to ensure a good seal.
Adjust the zero-point by turning the calibration knob.
Labels
The supplied labels can be used to indicate the pressure drop
over a clean filter and the pressure drop when the filter should
be changed.

Mounting
Gunung MV600 di flat, vertikal, permukaan non-bergetar.
Pertama menggantung manometer menggunakan sekrup melalui atas
lubang mounting. Posisi manometer sehingga atas
permukaan horisontal, menggunakan waterpas. Memperbaiki manometer dalam
posisi menggunakan sekrup melalui lubang pemasangan yang lebih rendah.
Menghentikan fans.

Bor 6 lubang mm di lokasi yang cocok di saluran / AHU untuk


mount outlet tekanan. Ketika pemasangan di, misalnya,
terisolasi pintu lemari, outlet tekanan dapat diperpanjang
menggunakan dua disediakan, kaku, tabung plastik.
Menghubungkan dan mengisi
Hubungkan outlet tekanan untuk tekanan manometer
koneksi menggunakan selang yang disediakan atau selang lainnya dengan
inner- 4 mm. Pastikan selang yang terhubung ke
konektor yang benar, + untuk tekanan tinggi dan - untuk yang lebih rendah
tekanan.
Putar titik nol kalibrasi sekrup sepenuhnya searah jarum jam.
Lepaskan konektor pengisi dan perlahan-lahan mengisi mengukur cairan hanya
di atas 0 poin. Hanya menggunakan cairan atau penggantian disediakan
cairan MM-F3.
Pasang konektor pengisi erat untuk memastikan segel baik.
Sesuaikan titik nol dengan memutar kenop kalibrasi.
