FORGED STEEL 'Y' TYPE GLOBE NRV

UTVC Y Type valves are available in three bonnet designs. The first design is
the Bolted Bonnet, with male-female joint, spiral wound gasket, made in
F304L/graphite. Ring joint gasket are also available on request. The second
design is the welded bonnet, with a threaded and seal welded joint. On
request a full penetration strength welded joint is available. The third design
is the pressure seal bonnet, with a threaded and pressure seal bonnet joint.
The Y Type valves are available in globe and check design configurations.

FORGED STEEL EXTENDED BONNET CRYOGENIC GATE / GLOBE VALVES

UTVC Make Cryogenic valves are available in three bonnet designs. The first design is the Bolted
Bonnet, with male-female joint and spiral wound gasket made in F304L/graphite. Ring joint
gasket are also available upon request. The second design is the welded bonnet, with a
threaded and seal welded joint. On request a full penetration strength welded joint is available.
The cryogenic valves are available in gate and globe design configurations. Valves are

CAST STEEL GATE VALVE FLANGED

UTVC make Cast Steel Gate Valves are for high pressure and
high temperature applications for wide range to fluids except
slurries and viscous fluids. These Valves comprise a bolted

FLUSH BOTTOM VALVE

UTVC make flush Bottom Valve since static pressure of the liquid in the tank acts to
increase the contact pressure on the valve seat, it contributes to tight shut off. The soft
seating arrangement can be provided. The Plug / disk can be removed extremely without
removing the valve plug from the body. This construction permits easy replacement the
valve disk in a shot time. The shape of the flow passage to discharge on immense quantity
of liquid from a vessel quickly. The internal design does not allow discharged liquid to
remain in the valve. The valve plug is so constructed that the liquid is discharged when the
valve stem is moved upwards.

SAFETY RELIEF VALVE

A safety valve is a valve mechanism for the automatic release of a
gas from a boiler, pressure vessel, or other system when the pressure
or temperature exceeds preset limits. It is part of a bigger set named
Pressure Safety Valves (PSV) or Pressure Relief Valves (PRV). The
other parts of the set are named relief valves, safety relief valves,
pilot-operated safety relief valves, low pressure safety valves,
vacuum pressure safety valves.
Safety valves were first used on steam boilers during the industrial
revolution. Early boilers without them were prone to accidental
explosion.

sight glass for application over a wider range of pressure and
temperature. Specially designed anti-torque assembly is used in
the view glass housing for longer life of the view glass and
preventing any kind of damage during installation and
replacement of the view glass. Sight glass is provided with unique
in-built deflectors for better visibility of flow. Most suitable for
high temperature and pressure application with GMP
compliance.

UTVC MAKE 360 FULL VIEW SIGHT FLOW INDICATOR comes with a specially

designed split bush arrangement. Housed inside a rigidly designed cage, the split bush
design enables the glass to remain practically floating without any direct contact with
the end flanges. This eliminates all chances of any kind of thrust force on the sight glass
due to the pipe stresses and thereby a highly enhanced view glass life. Other special
characteristics include all nonmetallic wetted parts and transparent protective
shielding of the glass tube from the outside for observation safety.
