butyric acid.
This is a project start with cyanation reaction. Big achievement in this project was
process development. Solvay pharma, Germany try to us as a anti-cancer drug. Benzothiophene
has some drug activity

Project # 2: 5-isoxazol-3-yl-thiophene-2-carbothioic acid amide.
This project starts with thiophene and then oxime preparation. In this project difficult
was the cyclisation and then anion generation.

Project # 3: Preparation of isatin derivatives.


This is a project of isatin derivatives. Isatin is very old molecule and used for cell production. We
prepared more than 20 molecules of isatin derivatives.

Project # 4: 3-benzyloxy-isoxazole-5-carboxylic acid.


This project contains isothiazole derivatives. In this project key intermediate is anion
generation at 5 position of isothiazole.

Project # 5: 3-(terahydro-pyran-2-yloxy)-isoxazole-5-carboxylic acid.


This project contains isothiazole and isothiazole has some drug activity. In this project
difficult was THP protection.
