I am an accomplished writer, writing professor, journalist, and media specialist with experience
writing news articles, research proposals, research reports, emails to university and municipal
stakeholders, mission statements, identity statements, blogs, internal communications, outreach
materials, and academic publications. I engage in professional writing for both print and digital
platforms. My vast editing experience includes the ability to strike a balance between various and
sometimes competing opinions of multiple collaborators. I take management roles in
administration of several public events. Finally, as an award-winning researcher I develop
innovative methods to answer complex questions.
