Personal Reflection

Introduction
Our group is called OCC Open Consulting Company, and our group consisted from six
members, we studied together two years, but we have known each other for three years from
foundation year, so we understood each other perfectly.
My personal achievements
As my major is business computing I have had a team work at my university that included all
essential skills and knowledge in IT sphere. The most valuable experience in this project is that I
have learned many useful things, such as making design of the site, creating databases and
editing them with Phpmyadmin tool. Also my group mates taught me how to use Wordpress
CMS system with using functions correctly. I think that it would have been easier without all the
extra responsibilities, but when you are younger you sometimes dont understand the importance
of your education. On this project I have took many fulfilling and very helpful skills which can
be useful for my development. Some of these skills and techniques consist of:

Troubleshooting information technology problems

Technical Methods
Records Management
Fundamentals of effective monitoring and controlling
Furthermore, I used technology to check problems of our main working system with solving
them appropriately. I advised with my group mates that also my friends to complete or finish my
duty and requirements.
Group Overview
Firstly, the main problem that we faced was dividing and selecting suitable roles for our group
members. Our main group leader is Fuzayl who were chosen by us, had enough skills on
leadership. He felt much more confident of his style and let other group members handle a
situation. Being a leader is very serious duty and responsibility, for this reason we have selected
Fuzayl, a guy who showed us right way and gave valuable information.
Secondly, our software tester was Alimova Yulduzkhon who had sufficient knowledge in testing
and checking errors in main system and giving advice which is very vital for our project. She

also analyzed the results and provided correct feedback that helped us to achieve functional
website.
Next is our main web developer Alimov Sherzod who created our website and coding part with
responsibility and respect. One main point is that, he brought his laptop to demonstrate working
placement system. He had a great experience in IT sphere therefore he didnt meet any kind of
difficulties during the project.
After that our web designer Nodirbek, who was responsible for making responsive design that
will attract users and admin. He used different software like Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver
with Flash Player. He has up to date knowledge of industry software and professional approach
to time, costs and deadline. Hence, he did rough sketches before implementing it.
Also another person who helped our team in developing process was Dilshod. His position was
application developer. He is the man who translated software requirement into workable
programming code and developed programs for use in business environment. Moreover, he was
responsible for creating new types of programs for computers, mobile phones and other
electronic devices as its required by clients. Mostly he worked with web developer guy
(Sherzod) in order to minimize the time spent to the project. Because time is very crucial.
Finally, our priority is to reach high quality by spending less time. Also, we clarified what
actions the program is intended to perform and wrote detailed documentation for the operation of
the program with breaking down program specification into its simplest elements.
Planning and dividing roles
Our group leader gave us right roles and we created all individual logs with clear description and
definition. We also used Microsoft Excel to draw Gantt Chart table that illustrates our finished
tasks and held meeting sessions.
We figured out how to succeed together on the grounds that not one of us had the personality of
needing to be the best on the group however rather all needed our group in general to be the best.
We continually had lively gathering gatherings, envisioning a great many practices until we got
the opportunity to perform all that we worked so hard at in the opposition. I trust our counseling
group was so fruitful contrasted with all the gathering groups that we will overcome in light of
our dedication to each other. We prepared truly hard and were so engaged in attempting to
perform our objective so winning will be greatly fulfilling. I feel blessed having had the chance
to be a part of the OCC (Open Consulting Company) Team since it was a positive gathering
background. The group was solid from the earliest starting point through the advancement stages
without difference. Each part was dependable and had a gathering part critical in advancing
altogether. Our gathering flourished off of the cooperative energy made by meeting up as a

group. The group was an extraordinary case of a fruitful gathering. We found solution everytime.
One more thing, all our members have real life experience in writing codes, creating applications
and databases.

Conclusion
To conclude, I want to finish my individual reflection with our magic slogan We handle your
technology, so you can handle your business. PS: I also want to say thanks to my group mates
and our supervisor Venkatesh. I hope in the future it will be very useful for our career or job.
In addition, it was a wonderful and learning experience for me while working on this project.
This project took me through the various phases of project development and gave me real insight
into the world of software engineering. The joy of working and the thrill involved while tackling
the various problems and challenges gave me a feel of developers industry.
