Cupcake Coffee Tea Cozy

This document provides instructions for making a cupcake coffee cozy using brown and coral yarn. The cozy consists of two pieces - a wrapper worked in rounds from the top down, then side to side using brown yarn, and frosting worked in rounds from the bottom up using coral yarn. The two pieces are joined together with single crochet stitches and ruffles are added by alternating single crochet, half double crochet and double crochet stitches around the cozy. The finished cozy measures approximately 4" across and 2 1/2" tall.

stitches is worked across the bottom.
Using (A), ch 36. Form a circle by making a ss in the first ch stitch made. Be careful not to twist
the row of ch stitches as you go.

of 5 sc that you stitched is dangling down. With the yarn held above and to the left of
your hook, insert hook into bk lp only of 2nd ch from hook. Make a sc. Sc in bk lps of
each remaining sc. (5 sc total)

7. Ss to join rows. Sc through both the first and last rows in order to join. You may want to
sc through the ft loops only. (5 sc total)

8. Ch 1. Sc 36 stitches around the perimeter. This will create an even finishing row.
Fasten off and weave in your ends.

total). Fasten off.
