However,asOrthocresolmentionedinthecomments,checkingthatisonlypossibleiftheentire
moleculecontainsinversionsymmetry.Notallpointgroupsdo,andthevastmajorityof
moleculesdoesnot(partlybecauseC islikelythemostprevalentpointgroupoutthere).

@user36790Ifyoucheckoutwhichsymmetryfeaturesamoleculehas,yourealisethatthesehappentoforma
mathematicalgroup,i.e.theresidentity,theresaninverseelementtoeachelementandwhenaddingtwooperations
together,theyexhibitcommutativity.Onlyahandfulofdifferentgroupsactuallyexist,andsincetheyhelpsomuch
