World development is continuous, and technology becomes a today
tool and its being integrated with education. Students start to use it as
a primary mean of learning. Even though, integrating technology into
the classroom has benefits and drawbacks. In this essay, I will touch
up on both sides of the argument.
It is true that there have been significant advances in technology. First
of all, technology is accessible and confronts way for student and
teacher. The teacher can achieve lesson objectives in an efficient
manner as using the Smartboard. Moreover, the student can
understand and get information readily online, so there is no need to
stress themselves by carrying heavy books. Second, the integrating of
technology in education creates a thrilling, challenging atmosphere
since the teacher uses a variety of different technological means to
attract students and facilitates learning, For example, playing Kahoot
with the student. The third advantages, it makes communication
between the teachers and students better and stronger. For example,
the student can contact each other or the teacher by sending
messages because they can use wifi.
In contrast, there is an opposite side to integrating technology into the
classroom. The first main reason is that the recent technological tools
are more expensive than books, and this might be a problem for
some. Moreover, each school needs at least five printers. Secondly,
wrong use can effect in a bad way and sometimes it can be unhealthy
and dangerous, for example, using a laptop for long hour effect the
eyes.
In conclusion, I believe that the positives outcomes negatives.
Moreover, I am proud of my country for providing the technological
device and making studying easier for the student. (279)
