Reflection 3

The student observed that organizing the children when moving between classrooms worked well. The most effective classroom management technique the teacher used was threatening to send misbehaving children to another class, while also using a star and frown system. The teacher dealt with students positively overall by having knowledgeable peers help those struggling, in line with Vygotsky's zone of proximal development theory.
