Zivercom 6RTV Relay Testing Guide

This document provides testing procedures for a Zivercom 6RTV relay. It outlines steps for configuring communication settings and addresses with the relay. It then describes configuring various relay settings like voltage, frequency, current levels, time delays, compensation factors, digital/analog inputs and outputs, and LED indicators. The final step is to send the configured data to the relay.

G.Click Compensations and change Line drop compensation Type selector,R

parameter and X parameter:

Line drop compensation LCD R/X Calculate Having one Formula:

LCD R=Vnominal+ ( ILOCAL/ Inominal)*R*cos
LCD X=Vnominal-(ILOCAL/ Inominal)*R*sin
Example:
LDC-R = 6 V ; LDC-X = 0V ; =0 ; Vn = 120 V ; In = 5 A ; ILOCAL = 2 A
VCOM = 120 + (2/5) * 6*cos0 = 122.4 V
So, Now our Nominal Voltage is 122.4V
Our Dead band is 1%
So, lower operate 123.6V
Raise operate 121.2V
