As one of your customers, I would like to take this opportunity to express my
delight with the wonderful service we recently received when purchasing a
vehicle from your dealership. We are extremely pleased with our New Ford
Ranger Wildtrak and I wanted to say thank you for the assistance you gave
us. Our purchase experience with FORD CAINTA was excellent from start to
finish.
I would also like to speak well of your sales associate, Ms. Maria Fe B.
Clemente, for her great effort in helping us purchase the vehicle we wanted.
These days it is not often that a sales person goes beyond the extra mile to
ensure a clients peace of mind and satisfaction, however, it simply was a
pleasure dealing with your sales associate.
During our visit to Ford Cainta, Ms. Clemente helped us realize that New Ford
Ranger Wildtrak is the best. She discussed to us how the New Ford Ranger
Wildtrak will be a useful tool in our needs to deliver services to the people of
Masbate. She assisted us very well and even gave us several options. Above
all, Ms. Clemente was personable, patient, caring, very knowledgeable, and
professional. Thus, we were able to get the right car and were greatly
satisfied.
What particularly impressed us about the level of service provided by Ms.
Clemente is that no additional financial rewards were involved. It appears
that it is simply her extra ordinary commitment to excellence in customer
service and support that motivated her to always go the extra mile.
In closing, I believe that Ms. Clemente deserve to be congratulated and
rewarded for providing customer service and support well beyond the
expectations of customers. I have no doubt we will once again return to your
dealership when we are ready for the next one.
