Oracle 10g Features

Oracle 10g added several new features compared to Oracle 9i including transparent data encryption, asynchronous commits, encrypted passwords for database links, new utilities for managing automatic storage management, and improvements to manageability, performance, scalability, backup and recovery capabilities. It also included new capabilities for grid computing, flashback operations, transporting tablespaces across systems, and data mining support.
