Project description

Each group will present a detailed presentation focusing on the current


chapter being discussed in class. You will receive your assignment prior to your
presentation.

Group 1: Aristotles 6 Components of a Play


Group 2: Major Influences in Acting (Past and Present)
Group 3: The Process of Writing a Play
Group 4: The History of Scenic & Costume Design
Group 5: The History of the Director

Procedure

1. Each group will receive a detailed handout.


2. Presentation dates are listed in the course outline.
3. Each group presentation must be 25-30 minutes in length.
4. Create a PowerPoint presentation and present your work to the class.
5. All groups must stand on stage while presenting.
6. Any handouts should be prepared prior to your presentation.
7. Remember this is a group project. Every person must participate.
Failure to do so will result in a lower grade.
