THE YARD
AG&P operates one of Southeast Asia's largest heavy
fabrication and assembly yards. Our world-class facilities
located in Batangas, the Philippines, total over 1.5 million
square meters.
At over a million square meters, AG&P's Bauan Yard is one of the largest steel fabrication and assembly
yards in Southeast Asia. The yard has 900 meters of waterfront in a protected harbor, with a port
depth of 12 - 13 meters and little tidal variation. Our 240-meter long quay supports a high load-out
capacity with the ability to dock two 30,000 DWT vessels at a time.
AG&Ps facilities expanded with the addition of a 500,000 square meter yard in Batangas City, fewer
than 10 km from Bauan yard by road or just 6 km by sea. The new yard is adjacent to a major
container port as well as a general cargo and a heavy cargo berth area with port depths up to 14
meters in a turning basin and a heavy quayside load-out capacity. This yard has all of its own facilities
and can operate as a stand-alone unit.
The combined capacity of the Yards is currently 75,000 metric tons (MT) of fabricated steel per annum
with planned expansion to 100,000 MT by 2014.

AG&P has the capability to provide next-generation, mission-ready modules which incorporate a
full suite of electrical, instrumentation, mechanical and HVAC systems. Our modules are fully-
tested on-site and guaranteed bio-secure. Upon delivery, each module simply needs to be
connected and powered-on and it is ready to operate.

AG&P has a dedicated team specialized in E&I, HVAC and mechanical systems along with

FABRICATION AND ASSEMBLY

AG&P has an annual manufacturing capacity of 75,000 metric tons (MT) of custom-fabricated
steel, piping, ducting and pressure vessels. This capacity is forecast to increase to 100,000 MT by
2014.

Our workforce of highly skilled craftsmen and engineers is among the most productive globally in
terms of man-hours per tonne and holds industry standard quality certifications including ISO
9001:2008 and American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Stamps S, U, Nb and
R.

The Hydro Deck

Combining the very best in engineering design, mooring analysis and high-end fabrication, AG&P ALE
Ventures Pty Ltd delivers an innovative solution to the offshore market to solve major logistical
challenges and remove supply chain bottlenecks. The first of its kind, the Hydro Deck has been
designed and built through the joint venture between AG&P, a leader in integrated industrial process
outsourcing and ALE, one of the worlds leading engineering and heavy lift companies. The Hydro Deck
is a built-to-lease mobile port solution that works in conjunction with modular offloading facilities (MOF)
for on-shoring modules and infrastructure. Its innovative design enables load-in operations for
combined loads of up to 22,000 metric tonnes, regardless of tidal conditions or port facilities.

YAMAL LNG

AG&P bags LNG project in

Russia
MANILA, PhilippinesIndustrial process outsourcing firm Atlantic Gulf & Pacific
Co. of Manila (AG&P) has bagged a deal to manufacture modular components for the
Yamal liquefied natural gas (LNG) project in Russias Yamal Peninsulaone of the
biggest LNG fields in the world.
The transaction is worth between $350 million and $400 million, according to sources
familiar with the project.
The deal calls for AG&P to supply critical process modules to the Yamgaz
consortium, which is building the LNG plant in the Russian Arctic region.
AG&P was awarded the deal after what was described as a competitive tender
process.
The Philippine-based company was selected for its high capacity, advanced modular
construction capabilities, stringent safety and quality standards and previous track
record of successful project delivery, according to one source.
Under the deal, AG&P will manufacture the LNG modules at its Batangas facility and
transport them to Russia for final assembly. This modular process is expected to speed
up the projects construction time.
Thousands of jobs are expected to be created at AG&Ps facility due to the Yamal
LNG project.
Company officials declined to disclose specific details pending the deals official
announcement.
Total investments in Yamal LNG by all its partners are estimated to top $20 billion.
Upon completion in 2020, Russia will double its share of the global LNG market from
the current estimate of 4.5 percent.
The LNG plant will have an annual production capacity of 16.5 million tons.
The company operates in the Philippines from two construction yards totaling an area
of 150 hectares, making it the largest modularization facility in the region.
The fortunes of the then moribund AG&P were revived in 2010 after it was acquired
by the group of US entrepreneur Joseph Sigelman. The company is now chaired by
businessman and former petroleum executive Cesar Buenaventura and run by
managing director Augusto Gan.
 The Russian contract followed AG&Ps deployment of the worlds first hydro deck to
service the biggest-ever construction project in Australias Northern Territory.
The hydro deckdesigned and operated by AG&P ALE Ventures Pty Ltd.an
Australian-based consortium, is a facility capable of offloading large, fabricated
modules or equipment onto project sites regardless of extreme tidal variations.

 Yamgaz Awards AG&P Modular Construction Contract for
Yamal LNG Project
AG&P wins one of the largest export contracts in Philippine history

MANILA, Philippines--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Atlantic Gulf & Pacific Company (AG&P), an

industrial process outsourcing (IPO) firm, has been awarded a major contract to supply critical
process modules to one of the worlds largest liquefied natural gas (LNG) undertaking, the Yamal
LNG. Located in Sabetta, north-east of the Yamal Peninsula, the Yamal LNG is the first LNG
development venture in the Arctic.

Following a competitive tender process, Yamgaz, the consortium designing and constructing the
LNG plant, selected AG&P for its high capacity, advanced modular construction capabilities,
stringent safety and quality standards and previous track record of successful project delivery.
Leveraging its world-class fabrication and assembly expertise, AG&P will deliver some of the largest
LNG modules ever built, accelerating project construction and minimizing the time to commercial
operation.

on, roll-off operations, significantly increasing module delivery windows and ensuring efficient, cost-
effective and timely module delivery.
